This company has been charging me for a subscription that I had canceled, no one has contacted me when I had reached out, and there is no customer support contact number to call, you have to email them and hope for a response but no response has ever come I do not recommend this service to anyone.

First two times worked like a charm! BUT OH MY OH MY! The last month the software has been so buggy! Complete waste of my time! I just finished 40minutes of recording only to find out that the software has not recorded the correct screen size - this is a complete waste of time - if you are a professional content creator I would highly recommend to stay AWAY from this software, since it is super unreliable and you will find yourself in my situation where I spend 3h trying to record a 40min video that at the end is not recorded....value your time because the loom app doesn't!

I use loom every day at work and for studying. I am a paying customer and loom is worth every penny!

One of my favorite tools!
The best thing about this tool is the ease of use. Quick access, record, some editing features make the process fun. Videos can be easily shared with friends or colleagues.
I love how it helps to share your ideas, thoughts and be correctly understood. You explain, speak your ideas and show what you mean at the same time.
The tool saves so much time typing out long emails or messages.

I'm a small business owner and have been using Loom for a few days now to make training videos for my staff. I like the program itself - my problem is that the upgrade button doesn't work and just keeps sending you to a contact page for sales, which I have now filled in 3 times and noone has got back to me in days. Is that what the CEO wants? I'm now going to use a competitor soz. I wish the sales team best of luck in their performance reviews.

Superb & fast screen / audio / video recording tool, using a modern elegant interface for Mac/Win or browser plugin and an invaluable service for providing support / feedback. Their support teams use Loom to provide some of the best support / feedback for any company I've ever seen, proving how important customer service is and how it builds customer satisfaction & loyalty. This service should be adopted by all companies providing feedback / support and communication in general. Their free plan allows up to 100 recordings, you can archive off those videos you don't actively need, increasing your recording allowance. Paid plans allow unlimited recordings & add a slew of additional useful features for just £10 p/m. They have a great roadmap of upcoming features and welcome suggested improvements. We're all using computers in some form these days and this service really helps communication.

Amazing time-saving tool. I do sales and send videos to prospects all the time, it even tells me when people view them. Would recommend to anybody who wants to test how good their sales pitches are through video.

Wow! This is the coolest website, I think it will compete with youtube. You can record your screen from google chrome, post videos publically and share with friends. Never thought I could do this for free from my browser! I was really impressed how this worked, a tech guy asked me to use this to record my issue and the whole problem was resolved in minutes...but the uses are almost limitless. Will keep an eye out for this company.
