Received my bras today, it is absolute rubbish. Do not buy it. Waste of money.

Do not buy if you have large breast I ordered size to fit DD and it’s more like AA
No refund if it doesn’t fit

FYI to anyone who bought anything from Loopy Aura. Get in touch with your bank or credit card company, how you paid for it. Tell them what's been going on. They should investigate the issue and give you a refund. I did. I received a refund right away from my CC company and they resolved the issue. Planning on burning the stupid bras as they don't seem to want them back.

This company is a scam, shipped from china, undersized, cheaply made, they won't accept a return or reimburse me. They also go by little playland who had charged me. They add a tip charge even though you didn't approve it. Do not use them!!!

I have been waiting for my delivery from loopy aura for over three months. They keep on giving delivery tracking numbers that do not exist and refuse to refund. How can they be held accountable?

Why can I not give 0 stars? This is the worst quality bra I have ever seen. The company has terrible customer service. They refuse to refund my money for poor quality because they “shipped the size that was ordered” They don’t tell you that the push up straps roll under your breasts like tootsie rolls. Or that the quality of the material is so poor that the removable padding looks like nursing pads. Horrible product. Horrible company.

This is a scam! DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!! Bra they sent far too small, even though I measured it with a tape measure! Refused to refund, even after sending photo evidence! Paypal then said they would refund if I returned bra to them, which cost me another £8! Sent in proof of postage, refused to refund as no tracking number!! Complete rip off!!!! AVOID!!

Was shipped product that was so small that it wouldn't even fit my eleven year old daughter. They refused to take the shipment back or credit me. HUGE Scam. Don't get why they would ship products that are the wrong size, what is the point?

This company is more of a scam than a business. The bra quality is terrible. It’s cut more like a rag, it doesn’t conform to a bra’s necessary design. The cups are way off. The breast pads don’t fit, the strap that is supposed to pull everything up and hold it in place hangs down in front. The back sits up near my neck. This is not a bra and doesn’t function as one. It’s 1000% a rip off ladies. They have an excuse for every reason you want a refund and you will never get a penny back. I bought 2 and tossed the rags in the trash. They simply aren’t wearable.

Do NOT buy from this company. Won't refund your money the sizes are waaaayyyy off, required multiple photos of a product they sent me, and offered a 15% refund. Are you kidding me and charge a 4.49 tip upon purchase. They are stealing from people

Don’t waste your time on buying. Didn’t receive mine in time (took months) & then the bra doesn’t even do any kind of push up. Also, when you want to return it, all they do is ask for pictures and gets you no where. Don’t waste your time or money.

I ordered a 34 in the strapless bra and it runs really small. Please read return policy before purchasing. They do not accept returns! I do not even see an option to exchange. I will not be ordering from Loopaura again.

I bought 2 bras which i measured to make sure they were the correct size. They came really small and horribly made. Super bad quality. Wish I would have read all the bad reviews before buying. Now i have these things and they refuse to refund. Please don't buy from this company

Terrible service, I ordered 2 bras received them I could not even get them on. I contacted them they told me sorry to bad for me. Well I really wanted them so I asked them how to measure ect. They told me how to measure ect. I did it to the letter. I sent them my measurements to confirm they said yes it should work.
I received the second batch of 2 bras and yes I had to pay full price and guess what they did not fit so I contact them again. After 2 weeks of back and forth emails and all kinds of pictures they said too bad we
will give you 15% back what the heck and keep the bras. Lol what a joke this company is a total bull crap they have a bad measurement system and do not stand behind their product at all. RUN DON'T DO IT

Bad bad bad! Awful to deal with…sizing so far out you can tell by visual alone that they won’t fit, then they refuse to refund, communication is delayed as if they hope you may give up! Beware ☹️

Very low quality is just a sports bra offers no support or lift. Customer service is horrible took them weeks to respond and refused to refund the money. Save yourself some money and disappointment and shop elsewhere.

This company has very poor quality products. They only offered 15% refund for product that doesn’t fit due to poor workmanship. Do not buy from them.
