Not recommend for larger girls. I ordered two 3XL bras but when they arrived they where more like a medium. Gave to my auntie who says they are comfortable (she is a size 12-14UK).

Cheap material, terrible quality. Sizes not even close to sizing guide. No refund policy at all. Deny any responsibility once with the carrier. Zero after sales service. Disgusting! Don’t buy from this company!

Terrible customer service. When I purchased the bra it said 30 day money back guarantee no questions asked. They sent me the wrong size and refused to make an exchange after 20 emails back and forth.

If I could give them a minus rating I would. Their Bras are HORRIBLE! I posted a comment on one of their social media ads about wanting my money back and the almost instantly sent me something saying since it has been over 10 days that I am not eligible for a refund. It has been 15 days today. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. This is a CHEAPLY mad product that doesn't fit. It doesn't do anything the Ad says it does.

I was contemplating purchasing 2 bras from this company, put them in my basket, went to pay and changed my mind, because the sizing guide didn't seam very accurate.
I then recieve an email and notification from PayPal that my order has been completed!!
WHAT!!!!!......
I contacted the company to request the money was put back into my PayPal and that the order was cancelled.
The email I received back was a generic email stating that my order had been shipped and was in its way!
When the items arrived I contacted the company to inform them that I was returning them for a full refund.
After numerous if emails back and forth and a dispute raised with PayPal they are still refusing to refund me my money!
Through this process they actually asked me to send a number of photos of the products.
The photos were to determine size.
The garments don't have any sizing labels Inside them they asked dme to measure with a tape.
Both garments measured the same.
They are extremely small, and very poorly made.
I have had 2 emails now stating that from the images I have submitted one of the bras is not the correct size and they will send me another one out.
I DON'T WANT EITHER I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK!!! 🤬

STAY AWAY AND DON'T FOR GOODNESS SAKE HALF COMPLETE A PURCHASE AND CHANGE YOUR MIND BECAUSE THEY WILL TAKE THE MONEY ANYWAY!!!

They have service but very slow and there is confusion about transportation... I was waiting 4 months for a bra...

Save your money please do not order from this company. I ordered three bras came to C$65 they were not the bras that they advertise they are poor quality and refuse a refund or a return. False advertisement on their site.

Beware!!! This company has the worst business practices! I ordered a bra. The measurements were completely off. I tried to return it and they make it impossible to return. They ask you for pictures of the package, pictures of the measurements of the product, Picture of the size sewn in the bra (which does not exist)and more. They try and wear you down and they never process the return. I wish I looked at the reviews first (not facebook comments, since now I know they are fake/paid for). This company should be shut down. Very Dishonest!!

Junk! Lace so small it wouldn’t hold anything up let alone lift. Complete garbage and no returns / refunds

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They sent me a mangled bra. They asked for pictures that I sent 3 different times. The last time I sent photos they never got back to me. I've followed up 3 additional times with no response. What a horrible company!

If I could give less than one star I would. Took weeks to get here, did not supply an active tracking number (told me you could track it though a delivery app but never once was updated.) The bra is terrible. I ordered XL just to be safe and it barely fits. I’m a C cup. It came out of the package with threads pulled and a nice hole in the material, which was cut randomly and is covered in crooked, jagged spots where the scissors or whatever jumped of the hem. Not going to bother contacting them with complaints, I’ve already heard they make you jump through hoops for a return, if they even respond at all. I can’t recommend them any less.

This company is a joke! I purchased 2 bras and they sent them to the wrong address! When I contacted Loopyaura, it took them over a week to respond, then when they did, they informed me that it was not their problem, it shows delivered and I can track it if I want. I emailed them back stating AGAIN that it was delivered to the wrong address, and they sent me the same message..think its an auto reply. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!

Worst product ever!!!! Waited forever. Still haven’t received other order Doesn’t fit. Horrible quality. Try to get refund they want you to send pics of bra package pic with you measuring bra blah blah blah. Then says they will turn over to their team to investigate. Really??? Then offered me another bra 😂😂😂😂😂🤣😂😂🤣🤣🤣🙃NEVER EVER

The worst strapless bra I have ever bought🤮 it does not provide support👎 is made very cheap 👎do not buy anything from this site because you will not be able to return it if something is wrong 👎they are the worst ever I wanted to give a zero star but they don’t have ZERO👎

OF COURES THESE ARE FROM CHINA!! These are THE worse bras ever. The material is cheap, product doesn't fit right, nor has the support as they claim to have. I emailed them to find out how to return them for a full refund, but have not heard back & of course there is no number you could call. This is a TOTAL SCAM.

Since there is no way to give it ZERO Stars I was forced to give them at least one. It doesn't even deserve that much.

There website does not have any negative review, I should have googled the reviews first before purchasing. Once I did, a flood of them came through. The BBB needs to step in on this one.

Ugh! Terrible quality & took 2 months to arrive.
There are weird small round pads inside the bra that aren’t sewn in. They show through your shirt and make you look like you are smuggling 2 hamburger patties in your bra.
What a bizarre experience. Don’t do it!

If I could leave a less than one star review, I would. They are dishonest about their product and refuse to refund. SCAM company. The product is junk. I'm embarrassed to have been taken in. DO NOT do business with this company.

Total rip off won't return my money. Too ashamed to sell them on to anyone. Scam don't waste your money better products in pound land.
