Worst service ever. Ordered on 27 May, haven't received package.Emailed CS for a refund, apparently it is beyond their responsibility and they are not liable for loss. Well, they rip you of your money.

I wish I had read these reviews before I purchased my two bras in March. This is now the end of June and I am still waiting for some kind of compensation. This company is horrible and very slow to communicate and they do not stand behind their product.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!! This company is the WORST EVER!!! Takes a long time for them to process the order. Like 5-6 weeks until you get the items. Once received, you eagerly open the package to find the product doesn't look like the item you ordered based on their Facebook ad. Customer service response time is dreadful and then nonexistent. I had to file a Paypal complaint to get a response from the company. You are then directed to send specific photos to the seller, even though they are not really related to the item quality/fit issues. The company then responds with a textbook reply that their products are not defective. They then offer to refund your money IF you send the item back. It was shipped out of City of Industry, CA so you think no problem. However, you actually have to send it back to Hong Kong. US to Hong Kong is prohibitively expensive!!! Net refund is around $15 US. Not worth the hassle. All around THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM! RUN THE OTHER DIRECTION AND BUY BETTER PRODUCTS FROM TRUSTWORTHY SELLERS!

Terrible customer service and the bras don’t fit and the return policy sucks! I will never shop here again! Website is nice but the bras are garbage.

I wouldn’t give them one star but won’t allow me to post without giving them a star rating ! Worst company going. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY ! POOR QUALITY AND BAD FIT. Same as everyone DO NOT PURCHASE so small bad service and I cannot return the item the size was to small. Not as advertised different material. Had to donate to charity waste of money and time

DON'T ORDER FROM THEM!!! I ordered what they claimed was a 38 C/D as that was the biggest size they offered. While it fits around, the cup size is less than an A, I doubt it would fit a cat! The cups don't even come up to the bottom of my nipples, it's pathetic. And the material is horrible and just flops over with no support. When I emailed to say that it was too small, they want me to send them half a dozen pictures with rulers to prove that it's too small although that doesn't prove the cup size problem so it's a waste of my time. And shipping it back to Hong Kong for a replacement at my own cost is a hard no. This is the worst customer service I've ever seen!

DO NOT BUY!! Dishonest! Thieves!! They even tried to make me send them “photographic proof” that the bra doesn’t support my daughter. They are asking for a soft porn photo of my daughter!! Wish I had seen these reviews before I purchased. I’ve learned a hard lesson here.

Do Not Purchase, the bras took almost 3 month to receive and the quality is poor, and mine was damaged upon opening up the bag and arranging the bra for "pictures" so I could return this nasty product. Two clasps fell off, WOW. Only email to communicate with LoopyAura who is stationed in Hong Kong! The cost to return the bras was more than I paid, which LoopyAura knows. They won't provide a credit to my credit card. My bad for not seeking out these reviews! I reported this to my credit card company and am disputing the charge.

Nothing like advertised and the 'company' sends you this when you want to return.

But unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund. Apologies, but we only offer refund for items that are defected or damaged upon delivery. Other than that, we cannot grant your request.

Better off burning your $35 then giving it to this fake company. I am reporting them to the payor I used. Gonna report them to Amazon too.

The worst company ever! Crappy merchandise, return policy aweful! Donated my item to Goodwill because they made it so hard for me to return an item. After many emails back and forth about return. They had me take photos of the item, yes photos. Then after about a week of emails, they said I could return it to their Hong Kong office at my expense. Terrible company!

Took about 5 or 6 weeks to arrive. Granted, the postal service in my country is not the best, but the quality of the garments is poor (bought the lacey bras) and they don't fit. One of them is not so bad, but the other is very big (they were supposed to be the same size). Didn't bother to place a complaint, somehow knew it would be a waste of time. Reading all the comments confirms my assumptions.
Definitely don't recommend the product.

Should have read the reviews before buying. I literally have to sell my first born to be able to get a shipping label to return. Nothing came with the package, so it is impossible to return. This is how they get you people!!!!! They want me to measure each bra laid out flat and take 3 separate pictures of each. Good God!! What a nightmare. Do not order from this company!!!! Complete joke!!!!!

Made cheaply. Lace part won't reach over to hook. Waste of money. I should have checked reviews first. Don't buy.

Worst quality and company EVER!! DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THEM!!!

Wish I had done my due diligence first. Buying one of these bras is equal to setting your money on fire. I didn't have to try it on to see that it wasn't the right size. As far as I'm concerned Barbie doll clothes are made of better quality material.

These bras have no support whatsoever! The lace isn’t wide enough to do anything!
I’m so disappointed, I would have given it a zero if I could! I wish I could show pictures on here. It’s awful!

Absolute garbage and took forever to come. The bras really could not fit anyone. The strapless one has boobs that are so close together and gaping armpits. The cross cross on all the bras is so stretchy that it provides zero cleavage. Complete utter garbage .
