Customer service very friendly & reassuring until I placed an order for strapless bras, which wouldn't even fit a child . . . .

No response to numerous emails to try & return to receive a refund, yet before I brought items were emailing back within a few hours!!

DO NOT BUY FROM LOOPYAURA

Wish I could leave a no star review. The bras I ordered were nothing as described. They didn’t work as described. They said they were the right size although there is no tag on them indicating size. They refuse to refund. The support part of the bra just fell under my boobs and offered no support. Poorly fitting, poorly made and company that doesn’t allow bad reviews on their website.

DO NOT BUY!!

Sent me an incomplete product and then ignored my emails for a refund or return.

Products are badly made and do not offer any lift whatsoever

I have the same experience as apparently everyone else on here. I ordered a 2 pack of bras 20 days ago. They responded to my email by sending me tracking info that had no location info. In case anyone cares to know, these are literally on a slow boat from China. That is the only location I’ve been able to find after digging... shipped straight from CHINA. That is probably why it takes so long. Anyways, after these reviews I am not expecting much. I feel like for the price, this was a rip off and waste of time. Definitely don’t buy through them!!

I made an online purchase for two of the front clasping strapless bras but was charged for two. When they finally arrived and I tried them on my boobs literally popped out of them. They were clearly not my size and meant for someone 1 to 2 sizes smaller. I reached out to customer service to initiate a return and was told to take several measurements in photos for proof. After all of that run around I was told their measurements were accurate and I received the correct sizes so they would NOT take them back. I then brought up the issue of the second charge and they stopped responding to me. So I send several photos of the bra on to show they clearly did not fit and still nothing in return. I checked out their page on Facebook to realize I am not the only one who was cheated by this company and I decided to do something about it! Join me with your stories and perhaps with enough of us applying pressure, we can get some results. I will also be filing the second charge as fraudulent to bring legal attention to their horrible company and their "customer service". Time to stop them from scamming anyone else!

I just got scam by this company, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY at all, DO NOT RISK YOUR MONEY, Otherwise you will be wasting your time!!!

The sizing is completely wrong, the material cheap and nasty, mine will go into the rubbish bin. Don't buy this product because it's a rip off. I only wish I had read the other reviews before ordering this product.

Wish I had read the reviews previously. Honestly, I ordered my usual size as advised when I looked into it. My pack of 2 bras arrived today after weeks and weeks of waiting for them only to find they are completely inadequate. They are soft so I guess could be comfortable to wear but the size is by no means correct. What a total waste of money. I am not recommending these to anyone. I have received an odd strap with mine but no clue as to how or where it goes - it certainly doesn't fit around my torso. Utterly disappointed.

Recieved their bras and didnt fit at all! According to their chart... Way Too Small! I'm reading the reviews and it seems everyone is saying the same. They owe me $42.oo & change

My experience has been the same as many reviews on here bra is waaaay too small and they want everything from pics of every detail to my first born. I mean why do I need to send pics of a product YOU sent?? How can I get my money back?? Anybody actually have success with a refund? I plan to contact the BBB.

THEY TOOK MY MONEY WHEN I NEVER AUTHORIZED THE PAYMENT AND STILL HAVE NOT CREDITED MY ACCOUNT BACK.

If I could give them zero stars I would...first I waited forever for shipping when I finally got it in the mail and went to try it on I was like NO NO NO it didn't fit right it had these round weird looking pads in the bra, they looked like nursing pads or something...I contact the company about returning it, I get the run around asking me to take pictures of the original packaging that it came in with the tracking number attached yah sorry I don't keep the plastic bag it came in, who does??? I took a picture of the bag it came in on the outside it said large, but they said that's not proof of the size of the bra and that they need a picture of the size of the bra on the bra, I looked and looked there was no markings on the bra itself saying what size it was, that's odd...then they say I have to go buy a soft measuring tape and take a picture of the bra with the measuring tape on top of it....yah I'm not buying one of those because they are incompetent and sent me a piece of crap product!! I just want my money back and to send their crap product back!!!!

Cheap, thin, flumsy material, size is wrong, makes skin itch like crazy, does NOT lift or support breasts whatsoever. A real waste of money and it took over two months to receive my order. This is a major ripoff in my opinion.

Well dang. Now I feel dumb for not reading the reviews. It has been two months since I placed the order. Crickets. Emailed support. Nothing. TERRIBLE practice.

I bought 2 bra’s when they arrived they were not as expected. Size was wrong, they had tiny padded cups (which was not stated) and were flimsy. I contacted them and they ask for pics. I sent them, then they ask for more pics, I sent them, I guess they were stalling for time so my dispute would run out. After much back and forth they said they would send more just like the ones I had gotten. I told them NO!!!!! I do not want them. I even offered to mail them back at my cost. They finally told me there is nothing we can do Good Bye!!! Poor business practice. I did not realize they will not except returns, that’s on me and in fine print. Any business that does not accept returns tells you they are not a solid company!! Why wouldn’t they stand behind their products???? BEWARE!!!! I told them I will leave reviews any place I can hoping to help others! They didn’t care. Also, I failed to look at their reviews before I bought. If I had of I would not of bought. If I could give less than a 1 I would.

TERRIBLE!! Not only is the material cheap but the sizing is completely wrong. They don’t take returns, customer service is a joke! AND The worst part is, they charged me 3 SEPARATE TIMES!! At 3 DIFFERENT AMOUNTS!? And would not do a thing about it. One of the orders still hasn’t even arrived and it’s going on 2 months later.
SO, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!

All I have to say is please do not buy from that company bad bra bad customer service.
So sick of the back the forth.
