Never received my stuff. They were quick to snag the money but not quick in sending stuff. The tracking number is fake and waiting on pay pal to get me my refund. Put a claim in with them but it was denied. So I resubmitted and now I will wait. Dont buy from this company.. it say Loopy Aura but when shows up in paypal as Kiddieland "umgross" then my bank shows up as Rainbowroom.

DO NOT BUY!!! Rubbish quality and no refunds which i was unaware of when I purchased 2!!!!!! Not correct sizes. Not even 1 star but can't leave no stars!

I wish I'd read these reviews before ordering. This is probably the most ill fitting uncomfortable bra I have ever bought.. such a waste of money and can't get a return or get a refund 😡😡

Awful product! Cheap material and doesn’t fit. They do not accept returns and will not refund. Stay away from this company!

This is another Facebook fraudulent company. It started with an email I received saying the were working on my order, but there was no order number. Then I received an email saying my order shipped, but had no tracking number. Long story short, a month and a half later, I received two bras that I can’t possibly wear (cups are at the base of my neck) and there is no receipt in the package so I can’t contact them.

This company is based in China. Provided me with a fake tracking number for my parcel. I emailed them twice about it & I got the same automatic response type email, they are now no longer responding to my email. I've opened a case against them with PayPal.

Update: They despatched my order only after PayPal contacted them. Terrible product. Cheap material & size is off. Says the bra is C cup, more like A cup. If I want a refund I have to post the parcel back to China.

Bra sizing is extremely incorrect and misleading to the consumer! I've made two requests with NO response.

Horrible service and will follow up if it goes through promptly.

I laughed so hard I screamed when I tried it on. The cups fit my collar bones nicely!

Like others, these are awful. I ordered a size up and still small. There's no lift- it's a cheaply made sports bra, except no support to be that either. When I saw the shipping added I was going to back out from the sale and it went through despite that - pretty sure that's illegal and I should have fought it through my bank, but shipping from China takes forever and I think I missed that window.

Added cost of shipment not shown initially, but added whilst purchase is being finalised (so no chance to back out at this stage), long wait for the item, eventually a very poor quality product sent, not even close to the description in the offer. The company responds to complaints only to tell you they sent the correct product, dismisses the shockingly bad quality remark and does not want to allow a return of the product. Money wasted, lesson lernt.

Horrible company. 6 weeks to receive. The bra sizing is a joke. They keep asking for pictures of the bra so they can evaluate my claim for a return. Ridiculous. Stay away!!! Filing a claim with PayPal to get a refund.

So I did purchase something and says on website that they will send a confirmation of purchase never did plus it was shown in Canadian dollars but did say I will be charged us dollars but turned into Canadian. Thats fine but when I checked out I didnt notice till after it was a different price and then when checked my account it came out another price. So I have been trying to contact company on all issues and gotten no response. So going to bank and gonna see if they can reverse this as this is a scam in my eyes...

Terrible quality, sizing is completely wrong. I’ve been going back and forth with customer service for almost a week with ever changing demands for proof and am about to file a fraud claim with PayPal. Stay away. Total scam.

When I ordered I couldn't find anything online that seemed suspicious. I placed my order and received a tracking number a few days later. After a month the tracking number has never updated.I have contacted them several times and each time they apologize and say to give it a few more days and orders are received in 10 to 20 days (last I checked a month was past that.) I am currently trying to recoup my money through a fraud claim.

I recently purchased 2 bras from a Facebook Advert from this company. It took ages for them to arrive and the quality is very poor and the sizing is incorrect. As I didn't check them out (my fault) I cannot return them as they have a no returns policy. Avoid this company. Many bad reviews under their Facebook name too.
