These people are scamming through multiple sites but are active mainly through Instagram. I have lost money so I am trying to spread awareness about them.
Please refrain from buying anything from these folks.

Not just selling products
Advertised products at particular prices. Leads you to buying a 'membership', not a product at all.
Update: lovetopshoes.com have contacted me by email and phone, offering a refund of my membership if I alter my review to '...eliminate any language that could potentially damage our reputation, such as terms like "scam" or others with similar implications. This step is required for the review to be classified as positive in our records and for the refund process to proceed accordingly.'
This led me to check them further. Website just talks about 'loyalty programme' not membership.
scam-detector.com seems to support that a high degree of caution, when suspicion, should be adopted when considering 'shopping' here. As always, I can only report my experience, it's your choice.
