Scam. On the final step after you have filled all information and added you bank card you will get a message that you price has been increased from 98$ to 1095$... they reduce original price just to attract people to go to their web-site but real prices are hidden from you. don't trust this polish service.

Reply from lucky2go
As others mentioned as well, the prices listed are not real. You will ALWAYS get a notification after completing the whole form saying that it's sold out, and the prices will have gone up.
The old price will STILL be available though so it's just a sales tactic.

BEWARE. Lucky2go cancelled my airline ticket purchased via their Google Flights link several hours after my purchase. Later that day, the prices of flights went up so now I am out $40 because I trusted them with the initial booking. They blamed the airline but they continue to sell the exact same airline ticket so I’m not sure what else to say.

Best price found on internet. Easy to navigate and to select options.
Easy to book the flight.
Fast confirmation from the airplane company.

Edit: this ended up being a few stressful days but ultimately the booking was confirmed and it worked out, with no additional cost.
I’ve travelled between the United States and Europe regularly for decades and this is, by far, the worst booking experience I have ever had. Booked flights to visit family, my card was charged, and I was told I would receive my booking info within eight hours. I didn’t. Called and was told that they were waiting for airline confirmation, which I would have within six hours. I didn’t. Called and was told there was ‘an error’ but don’t worry - just give it a few more hours. At this point my son had booked the same flights - not on this site - so our trip would be really messed up if my tickets turned out to be a scam. The next morning I received an email telling me that I needed to pay an additional $400 to confirm. Tried calling and there was no answer. Sent a written complaint and received notice that they would call within 24 hours. Woke up to an email telling me they had tried to call - untrue - and that they need an additional $2100 from me! I’m looking into a way to file a complaint, if anyone has tips.

I was blessed to find this site lucky to go. As I find it difficult to book online as a 70 yr old. My online skills not good.but right from start straightforward simple. Good communication 👏 nearly talking you through process. Was a relief 😮💨.
So new zealand 🇳🇿 here 😍 I come.thank you

Very awful booking experience. After I entered all the passenger details and my payment information, a pop up shows up saying the price increased by 25%, and if I accidentally click on the highlighted continue button, as opposed to the greyed out "go back" option, it would immediately process payment at the further price.
When I reopened the website it still advertised the flight at the low fare, so they are obviously hiding the secret price in the hopes of hitting you in the last second with extra charges.
Just pay the extra few percent to buy from reputable websites.
Edit: Your reply is obviously AI generated/automatic since I am not talking about the service fee at all and any human can tell that.

Still my money!
I made a order 2411271455, and the price was 25.58$ but after push paid - I lost 41$ from my card!
Blocked them!
Return my money immediately and cancel the ticket!
Nobody informed me and they haid this fee.
This fee is 60% cost of ticket.
What is criminal only.
Money not fully refunded - they again lay in comment.

This seems like a scam. Searched Google Flights, found the least expensive round trip, and was sent to lucky2go. Lucky2go had me "save" my credit card information, then sent me an error message. I had to start over, but it happened twice. Definitely does not seem legit. Will try to update y'all when I get a fraud alert on my credit card.
I got a response from Lucky to go with some lame excuse. Hello my new project, time to go wider with this review. If my credit card information ends up compromised because of this, I will push this one.

How the f are you supposed to book a flight for a child in the ages between 13-17? If I choose 'Child' it won't let me add the year after 2006 And it says " up to 12 years".
Then I pick 'Adult' and it wont let me add any year that makes them under 18 years old....

Terrible experience which I want to share with other potential customers! Don't buy anything here!!

Dear Customer Service,
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the following issue:I booked a flight from Amsterdam to Antalya and back through Lucky2Go.
On Monday, October 14, 2024, I contacted customer service to purchase extra checked baggage for my return flight on October 17, 2024. My standard allowance was 20kg, which I increased by 25kg to a total of 45kg.
I received and immediately paid a payment link for this (see attachment 2). During the conversation with the representative, I repeatedly asked for confirmation that this was indeed 25kg EXTRA on top of my standard allowance. The representative confirmed this multiple times during the call. These conversations are recorded, so you can verify this.
By Tuesday, October 15, I still hadn't received confirmation, and by Wednesday, October 16, I became anxious that my extra baggage wouldn't be confirmed in time. On October 16, I contacted customer service again (for 24 minutes) and once more requested confirmation of 45kg. The representative confirmed this and mentioned there was a delay in e-ticket delivery. When I asked her to confirm the extra kilograms via email, she eventually did so (see attachment 1).
As Antalya airport is far from my holiday address, I had to leave early on Thursday morning, October 17, with 45kg of luggage. Somehow, I had an uneasy feeling about the situation because the e-ticket still showed 25kg. While en route to the airport, I called customer service again to confirm my 45kg allowance. Initially, she confirmed this, but after I pressed the issue, she investigated further. After a stressful 36-minute call (see attachment 4), she concluded that I had only purchased an additional 5kg, bringing my total allowance to 25kg.
I was furious and asked how this could have gone so wrong, as I was already on my way to the airport with the extra luggage. The representative suggested I could purchase an additional 20kg at the airport and try to recover these extra costs through a complaint procedure. You can understand that I had completely lost faith in initiating this procedure. I found acquaintances in Antalya willing to collect 20kg of extra luggage.
I am extremely disappointed with the service and the fact that, despite repeatedly asking for clarification, I was misinformed up until the very last moment.
I request compensation for the stress I endured during my vacation and for having to reduce my luggage at the last minute.

It's a SCAM company they act on fraud where they hold your money as a pending transaction on your bank account then the money gets released where they will say that they didn't get the money and then cancel the booking.
They are being investigated at this moment by fraud and money laundering. DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THEM, they will steal your money.

I made a web reservation and my card was charged with extra 20 euros which is about 50% of ticket price without any justification. I read that many other customers complained about a hidden charge to their card. The reply they got was that it is happened by all agents which is not true. The other travel agents do NOT add extra hidden cost for their service. The final price was 50% higher than the price of the airway and it was for nothing. I am not going to have any other reservation with this agent!!!

I bought 2 return tickets for Catania - Istanbul . We had a problem with the return flight : the first part of the return flight was canceled so we couldn't get the second part of the flight either. We contacted customer service and we were helped by Ms. Oana . She presented all the options available to us through the insurance, she answer all our questions . She was a true professional , she even stayed after schedule to solve our problem. We want to thank her.

I just booked with lucky2go and something felt off as reservation number is not as a company reservation. No letters inside. As I am in the airport I just ask airline to see if my name is on the list of passengers and it is NOT.
So where is my pnr number for the flight?

I found the cheapest flight with bags included. Great service

They are scammers. They show up in googles top searches and so they appear legitimate, but they are not. Just search engine specialists that scam you. I paid for additional luggage for a flight but never saw it on my final ticket. I got a call from them after submitting a request via their website. The caller said they had no record of it and it’s not included in the price. I screen shotted the whole purchase process and proved it was in fact included. I sent a pdf as such to their email as they requested, and then they ignored it and said to submit another form that will take 14 business days due to the private nature of the transaction. They just try to push you off until you give up. Search how to report scammers on google. You can select deceptive behaviour as an option. Enter their url and how you found their website. If enough people do it, they may get removed from Googles top searches and hopefully be stopped from their continual scams.
