Completely disappointed with the quality of the sweater I bought. It’s actually a long sleeved t-shirt which I could have lived with but the size wrong, the printed design is smudged, the layers of colours are printed over of each other which makes the The top look dirty. I don’t know how they are in still in business.

LUVLYE ORDER 533786 I have just been diagnosed with myeloma, cancer of bone marrow. Luvlye have owed me an order since June 2nd and despite many emails their customer service pathetic replies have come to nothing, their clothes are illegal copies of proper companies, rubbish that falls apart and don't expect a refund.
I am dying they know and are evil and despicable.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!
I am trying to start legal proceedings against them, hopefully before I die

I only gave a 1 as I had to.please please do not buy anything from this site.The clothes are not fit to even recycle.I bought some tops in July and they were crap.I was offered a voucher after I complained and asked for a returns address.After 3 weeks of emailing back and forth I was eventually given an address,in China!!!!I took photos and posted and payed extra for tracking.The parcel has arrived in China and since August has been with customs.I have since emailed luvyle but just get unhelpful response.They are scammers and why are they still allowed to trade after all the reviews I have read.I am so angry and I just wish I had read them before.I don’t hold much hope of getting my money back but I will keep at it..

I am extremely disappointed with Luvyle clothing!! I wanted to surprise my wife with some gifts. So I ordered two sun dresses and two blouses. After about a month, I received the two blouses. Both were made of poor quality material and one was damaged. After noticing the damaged blouse, I went to the luvyle.com site to report the damage item and request a full refund!! I never received my refund!! I tracked the two sun dresses, they arrived to Houston post office. I patiently waited for the dresses to arrive at my job. However, the dresses unexplainably went back to sender! I AGAIN requested a full refund, but NEVER received it!! Please save your money and headaches from this happening to you!

Absolutely trash!! Took months to get here, clothes look nothing like the pictures, very poor quality materials
Stay away from this site!!

I have been trying to get some sense out of this company so I can return items for refund but they have been passing me from one person to another. Bought 2 tops.

Terrible experience! I ordered two tops (too bad I didn’t look at reviews first) they emailed me after I paid that one out of the two they didn’t have. As I’m writing this now I still didn’t get an answer from them how to replace my top or get refund. The other top came and it is SO NOT LIKE THE PHOTO ONLINE!!!!I terrible quality terrible fit! I would give 0!!! Do not buy!!!!horrible, horrible material if you can call it. I should have known no phone number or return address.

DON'T BUY FROM LUVYLE
I wish I'd looked at Trustpilot before I ordered and paid for two tops. One didn't fit and I've tried every way I can to get a response from Luvyle to find out how to return it and get a refund. They've not responded to any of my messages so I've lost my money. What makes me really angry on top of that is they keep emailing me adverts and their adverts keep coming up on my Facebook feed. I can't seem to block them like I can other adverts. Give them a miss.

I purchased a Boat Neck Floral Long Sleeve Blouses in size XL from the Luvyle online site. By their own size chart it states that this top in size XL which is a US 16. I wear a 14 so I went up a size. Their chart says the bust is 41.7. I am a 39 so thought this would fit. The top arrived and I can't even get my arm into the sleeve to pull it over my head. I measured across the front which was 17", that makes the chest size a 34". In the US that is about a x-small to small! I emailed Luvyle and got a response asking me to send a photo of the blouse tag if the wrong size sent. I responded with a photo and with a statement that I never said they sent the wrong size. I said the size chart for that blouse is not accurate. Then Luvyle ended all contact with me. Fraudsters to say the least. Glad I did order the other 5 tops I was interested in. The label on the package is covered by another label and there was no invoice inside the package to get any return and refund instructions from.

Beware. I received my order after 3 weeks but one of the items was missing and one was nothing like the picture. The quality is extremely poor. After several requests for a returns form I was simply asked to keep them as items were ‘very popular’! They do not pay for returns which is at your own cost and they won’t provide the returns address anyway. I opened a dispute with PayPal and they responded quickly offering me a partial refund. Although the customer service team answered all my emails quickly they didn’t provide the answers I wanted. After my dispute was raised they offered me a partial refund which I accepted. If you aren’t prepared to lose your money if you don’t receive what you expect don’t use this company.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. PRODUCTS ARE NOT AS PICTUTRED, QUALITY IS BEYOND POOR AND ORDER ITEMS WERE NOT EVEN ACCURATE. WAS PROMISED REFUND OR STORE CREDIT INITIALLY BUT NO FOLLOW THROUGH! BUYER BEWARE!!!"

Do not buy off this company as you cannot return anything that is unsuitable as they don't give you a returns address
They just take your money

Having read the reviews, & not having received a confirmation of order email, I cancelled my order within minutes of placing it & (successfully) contacted my bank to stop payment. Yet 3 weeks later the order suddenly arrived with no return details. The UK website contains a customer service email address so I emailed to ask for a postal address. They've politely replied three times but still haven't given me their postal address! So silly: I just want their postal address so I can return the clothes: I'm even happy to post them back at my own expense!

I ordered over £100 worth of goods only to find out that some aren’t refundable and the ones that are cost more to ship them back than the very small percentage I was offered as a refund!!! Is this legal?? The quality of the garments was extremely poor plus the sizes were all very different. Please please be aware before purchasing anything from this company

I recently ordered from this company and I just received my clothes after about 2 weeks.
However, I opened my clothes and almost half of them were made from 100% polyester. If your clothes say they are made from 100% polyester then DO NOT BUY THEM they are see through and are made from very cheap material that feels like a kids Halloween costume that cannot be worn outside of your house. The other half of my clothes were made from 35% cotton and 65% polyester and they are not see through or cheap they seem to match the photo. Overall, before I order from this company again I would look at the labels carefully before you order anything.

I would give this company minus stars but it is not an option. I cannot stress enough why you should not purchase from this company that is based in China. They do not refund you so once you have received the crap that you have ordered you will not get your money back. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not order from this company or any other company based in China

It should be a 0 on there review,these people that work there need to be arrested and sent to prison,the company is a scam,my wife never got her order,going to contact attorney general office to see about shutting this place down,stay clear from these scammers.
