Miss arusa was a very nice and helpful lady. She helped me a lot, and I will always appreciate her. She answered my call right away and assisted me properly. I needed help because my PIN code was not working, and she guided me through everything in detail. Her behavior was very kind and polite, and she was very nice overall.
Once the sim eventually came, took 8 day's, not sure if that's Royal Mail Or Lyca, in all fairness said dispatched 24h, but it didn't arrive, and customer service saying it's down to me to contact courier, when it's their responsibility to get it to me.
But saying that once it did come, it was quick and easy enough to set up and is working fine.
Also hot spot has never worked… connection has limits in rural municipalities .
Today’s issue … I had an exchange rate issue and needed to add payment to my SIM card only account. First step, the virtual chatbot is a crazy looping circle of doom that NEVER connects you with a live agent and never gets to a category that makes sense to normal issues. ADD an OTHER option to the list of options so it stops the swirly circle of doom. The downloadable app has never functioned properly from day one so I must use a browser to connect to the site. The problem was only resolved after speaking to a human, which to add further complications, I am deaf. It’s easy to complete things online through reading . The very kind and patient HUMAN customer service rep handled the situation with absolute grace. She repaired the process to a workable resolution and the only reason there are any stars is because of her kindness. Please redo your chatbot nonsense to something that doesn’t feel like crawling up the summit of Mordor without water or lammas .
It was a very good approach from her, everything was detailed to me and the attention was delightful

Had Lyca sum when in uk visiting. Been backbone for 1 year and auto renewal was activated when I topped uk a 2nd time. I did not know this as I had turned it off in the first place and they’ve been charging me every month since. For 1 year. Been trying to get it cancelled for the past 3 weeks. I’ve been on on chat and to a love agent and I’ve emailed them and when I try to cancel on the app it says auto renewal cancel pending this is also for past 3 weeks. I have had to take funds from my bank so they can not take any more money. I just want the cancellation activated but it seems impossible

I don’t know the name of the guy that helped me but he was so kind! I bought my esim months ago and never officially registered with Lyca. I never knew until I bought a new phone and needed help transferring my esim. He was very kind and patient with walking me through the process and explaining everything to me.

I had a 24 months bundle plan where I need to pay £4 monthly for my SIM card which was billed monthly and then due to some technical issue it got cancelled and I recharged with another monthly plan instead of a bundle and then I was in a worry that I might be charged a penalty from the Company and then I called the customer service but they help me out. They told me there is no penalty because I was not the one who cancelled it. It was cancelled due to technical issue and because of that I was quite happy that the company is a genuine company and does not want the customer to suffer and the customer service executive was also very helpful to make me understand all the parts properly.

Do not use - its not worth it, customer service is the worst i have ever come across. They dont understand anything!! Been trying to change a previous esim number to a new esim (both through lyca) and nobody can help with it, they just say "call back tomorrow"
NOT worth the saving, stick with a reputable brand!!
