App version has so many glitch.. constantly logging out and 3step security check all the time… simply trying to order a eSIM and swap my physical sim number to eSIM.. struggling to do that
It did not activate it just said activating for ages and then told me to contact EE for some reason
Tried to buy a 1 month esim the 5th of July and and it kept saying ‘transaction failed’ and to try again. Tried 4 times before I left the page and tried through a different link and was accepted on the 5th. Come home and then I notice weird charges in my bank card. Turns out they had charged me for the other 4 failled attempts as 3 months contract even though I was trying to buy a 1 month contract. Been trying to get through an agent through their live chat for over an hour and no one has showed up. When I call the number to speak to someone I keep getting people who either don’t speak English correctly or I can’t even understand what they are saying.

I live in the UK and you're telling me to activate my card, which charges it instantly, so I didn't have to activate it. Now send me an email telling me how to do that.

I emailed to cancel my "pay monthly" (no contract). Got sent a load of questions asking why I want to cancel and before they can cancel to answer them. I replied with "none of your business" (which it isnt) it should not take a survey to cancel a service I don't want when not even under a contract!
Anyway, today, another payment has been taken from my account, nothing has been cancelled, this is absolutely against the law.
I will take legal action against this company. Cancelling a service that isn't tied to a contract should be simple. I have now been waiting on hold for over 1 hour!!!!!

The monthly top up and renewal process is very tedious and cumbersome even when you're trying to renew before the expiry date but particularly when the date has expired. It may be a consideration to give the customer a pre expiry prompt to renew or even a out of expiry minimum data that allows them to go online and renew

The service is terrible and they take twice the payment and won't refund.
