My daughter put in an order on 7/13/2021. The case is still not here. Truly disappointed! Has texted and sent messages with no response.
Stop scamming teenagers!!!!!

I ordered my case on the 27th august and still not received anything. I’ve emailed them multiple times but no response, I’ve tried ringing the number but goes straight to voicemail every time. No response via Instagram or Facebook either. I went onto their website last night to find that it is “unavailable”. Right now I’m waiting until Saturday (hits the 2 week mark and they state delivery takes 4-9 days) then that’s when I’ll contact my bank. I want to say that the delivery is late, but with all these other reviews about this website, no one getting back to me, and now the problem with their website, it’s not giving me hope that this is a genuine site. I would read the reviews first like I should have done before purchasing a case from this place.

I made an order from lyrocases over 2 weeks ago and thought had been scammed. But it came today however it is the WRONG CASE. I’m HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED

The delivery was very long therefore I thought it was a scam as they were not responding to my texts, however I have now received my item. So I am satisfied and would recommend if delivery is improved!

So happy with my Christian Dior phone case. i was so worried when i saw the reviews afterwards and the delivery was a little late just by a week but looks amazing and fits perfectly. i’m not sure about recommendation but i was lucky. thank you guys!! <3

Not only did teenage daughter receive completely the wrong case...but also the wrong size.
Ignored when trying to request a refund.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!!!
I have now lost £23 of my 13 year old birthday money...
This "company" needs investigation...tantamount to theft...

I got scam from getting a case I spent 33 dollars on

Got my order pretty quick but wrong case received trying to get in contact to return with no reply . Very frustrating.

I read the reviews after I had bought and I thought I wouldn't get my case but it came in the specified time so I'm confused about the reviews. Maybe it's because I paid using Klarna is why they fulfilled my purchase but I cannot complain

Placed an order on 22nd Jan 2012 of 2 phone cases. Took 4 weeks for one case to come and now being blanked completely when trying to contact them About the other one. Now I know by reading other reviews that they’re a complete scam!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE! ITS A SCAM. Ordered a case on 26/01/2021, have had no correspondence since, nor received my order. I’ve tried emailing twice, messaged on Instagram and tried calling the number but nothing.

I have reported this company but honestly do not waste your time and money!!!

Ordered a case and it looked nothing like the photos on the website. Aswel as that a mistake was made on the case yet there email nore phone number didn’t work so I contacted them on Instagram and they ignored me after I politely asked for a refund. I wouldn’t recommend. Not only can you not contact them due to invalid numbers and emails there phone cases looking nothing alike the pictures on website

Ordered a single case on the 20th it is now the 1st and still no word not. Tried their email but it tell me it’s not a valid email address starting to think I have been scammed
