An excellent company to deal with. I wanted an Apple Magic Keyboard and Mouse to use with my newly purchased(second hand 2019model) 16" mac book pro. The Mac Two web site gave me 4 options of keyboard and mice combinations to choose from all of which were brand new genuine Apple products and cheaper than buying from an Apple store! It states on the website to check before ordering to make sure that the keyboard and mouse will work with your Apple product as these items were released by Apple in 2021. I telephoned Mac Two and spoke with the very helpful receptionist who suggested that one of their technicians phone me back to see if any of their keyboard/mouse combinations would work with my laptop. Within 10 minutes the technician had called me back and confirmed that my choice would work so I placed and paid for my order. The parcel from Mac Two arrived within 48 hours and was well wrapped so the contents didn't get damaged in transit.The only difference from the item received from the item advertised was that it came in the original Apple retail packaging and not protective covers, and I don't think anyone would complain about that!

Great service, thrilled with the ipad

I bought a refurbished iPad on Thursday as a gift for my mum. I was a little worried on Friday I hadn’t received a confirmation email, although I could see my order on my account. I emailed and sent a message on Facebook and got a reply this morning with my tracking number. It arrived when I expected (1-2 working days) and the iPad looks new and came in a case which was an unexpected bonus. My mum is super pleased and the 6 month warranty puts your mind at ease. Great value for money.

Great service!!. ordered on-line a few days later a perfect iMac turned up. Had to phone them for an invoice, the lady who answered could not been have nicer...invoice was email to me 30 minutes later. Will definitely use this company again.
