I can only repeat what I now read below and wish I had read before placing an order. The dress is of very poor quality and colours are not as bright as in their photo. I am trying to obtain a refund but suspect this will be impossible. I’m reluctant to pay for postage to the US in the hope of a full refund as I don’t trust them so may have to settle for the promise of a 30% refund which may or may not happen. A totally misleading website and a scam. I feel very upset that I have been taken in by them. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

I am so cross that I fell for this scam. There is no Jessica, no pregnancy, no closing down sale. Clothes are made in a sweat shop in China, and stored in a warehouse in Hong Kong. The delay in processing every order is caused by the need to ship it from there. Good luck returning shoddy or mis-sized goods. The prices are exorbitant for the actual goods. Whether my order ever arrives at all remains to be seen.

I would prefer to give no stars to this company but there is not an option to do so. Awful service, awful product, there does not seem to be a way to return an item. Constant patronising emails sent, clearly a total scam. They should be banned from advertising

Total scam. Cheap and nasty can’t return . They sent me the wrong size and wanted me to pay for the return which is in America. Quality appalling- DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I am -£50 - lesson learnt.

Still awaiting a delivery. Please please don’t be like me and research the company after buying. This is a total scam and fictitious company in London - it’s Hong Kong. I’ve spent several nights awake upset as to how I could have been taken in! Anyone any idea as to how we can get this website closed down? When my parcel eventually arrives it will go straight to the tip.

This firm is not as it seems. They claim it is a shop closing for maternity leave and tell you items will be delivered the next day.
I am still waiting and an email tells me up to another 12 days.
The event has been and gone.
It is a complete con and I feel a fool for parting with my money and having nothing g to show for it.

Absolutely hopeless. 2 linen tops ordered. Both shoddily made. Asked for refund and told I needed to send them to America.
Said no as badly made. Asked for photos, measurements of 6 different things. About 8 emails in and still no return label to UK. Don't touch them with a bargepole.

I strongly advise everyone not to buy anything from this web site. It is misleading and the dress I purchased looked nothing like it did in the pictures and description of the product. The eyelets at the back were too small for the buttons so you can’t do it up properly so it was not wearable. They make it incredibly difficult to return anything, which you have a right to do within 14 days under consumer law. The return address was in the USA which the website gave no indication of and you have to pay for it and even then they don’t guarantee your money back as they say if they don’t receive it in a certain time period they won’t refund you. Have reported to Trading Standards but just want people to be aware of how awful they are and not to use them. I regret that I didn’t read the reviews about them before purchasing.

I would have put a zero if I could. Do not buy from these! It is not a cute London Boutique closing down. This is a fraud! They are cheap quality clothes imported from China, the length of the dresses I ordered weren't the length that (eventually) came, they were cheap polyester and just awful. I'm going to report this company to trading standards and hopefully get them shut down!

THEY ARE BASED IN HONG KONG NOT THE UK, in true gaslighting style they cause the problem, and expect you to sort it out at your own expense then put the onus on you to take ridiculous pictures and measurements of the dress to make it as difficult and time consuming as possible to make a return while pocketing your hard earned money. Returns are over £25 back to the Far East even through the website makes you think it's a posh boutique in the UK. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

My elderly mother ordered a dress from this company - to wear on a special 70th anniversary cruise - for which she and my father had saved for a long time. TRULY terrible customer service - Chinese, cheap clothing at its very worst. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They absolutely refuse to accept returns for a refund and offer only another item of clothing. Sadly, many other elderly women will be conned in the way my lovely mother has been because they will not know to check Trustpilot first.

They lie on their website. They are not in London but Hong Kong. To try to get a refund is almost impossible.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!
When ordering anything you cannot get out of paying an extra £4.50 for each item to ensure safe delivery. They will not accept free returns, you have to post your item to San Francisco at your own costs and send it by tracked post!! Yeah!! Haha!! So in requesting a refund for a £40 garment plus the £4.50 for a safe delivery, they refunded me £5.99!! Do not - I MEAN DO NOT EVEN LOOK AT THEIR WEBSITE.

Don’t buy from this company. I wish I had checked the reviews before I purchased! The set of dungarees I bought is made from terrible fabric and looks nothing like the picture. Returns are basically impossible. Avoid!

Dreadful dress nothing like pictures. Cheap material, badly finished and sizing all wrong. They want you to pay £14.95 to return it to Hong Kong for a refund which i expect you would say they never received. You get long emails from them if you push for returns label which ends up with them offering 10% and to keep the dress. Doubt I'll see that money. Avoid at all costs.
