Total scam company, do not order from them. I placed an order, paid for express delivery almost 3 weeks ago and it has still not arrived in the UK. Took it up with my bank and have fortunately received a refund. Please do NOT order anything from them

Bought two items which arrived today. They were absolutely awful. Not like the pictures and the material was cheap. £80 down the drain! I feel stupid that I didn’t look at the trustpilot site first.
Definitely a scam.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. If you buy anything it won’t arrive and you cannot contact them, as emails bounce back. BE WARNED!!!

Can’t believe what a con this company is avoid them like the plague. Poor quality, dreadful customer service and outrageous returns policy.

Avoid at all costs. Advertised clothing is not what you get when you order. Its tacky awful material. Trying to get a refund is like having teeth pulled and still getting pulled. Absolute awful company!

I ordered a dress which I haven’t received and was sent a photo of a house front door which isn’t mine as ‘proof’ of delivery. Received several emails of delaying tactics and an offer of 30 per cent refund although I paid in full for the item and the suggestion that if I contacted my bank, they might not find in my favour. I disregarded that and contacted my bank which is now dealing with the issue. Don’t fall for this scam. It isn’t a woman who is running a small business and about to have a baby, it’s much more likely that it’s a sweatshop somewhere in China.

A complete con. I ordered a dress from an advert on Facebook which stated that the company was closing down because 'Jessica' was about to have a baby. The dress took weeks to arrive, when it did it bore no resemblance to the advert. Far too small, awful cheap material, The stripes in the design on the back did not match. I requested a return and was told that I had to send it back to Hong Kong at my expense - even then they would only grant 10% refund!
The only positive thing I can say is that their Customer Services were excellent! After much haggling they agreed to 30% refund and I could keep the dress! It's not even fit to be a duster.

This is a scammer, sending Temu cheep clothes with around 4 weeks long delivery. Please be aware!

As for everyone else - fell for the pregnant lady stood in a store in London saying she was selling off her stock as she was having a baby. No possible returns unless I pay for shipping to USA. DO NOT BUY.

Agree to all previous reviews - they do not deserve a one star. The page should be closed as they provide horrible quality, shape and size's dresses, no actual help in return and no refund, obvioulsy)

Misleading advertising
Sizing was not accurate, and I couldn’t get it over my shoulders.
Poor quality material.
Only free returns on damaged or faulty goods.
Returns need to be posted back to Hong Kong.
Would never order from this company again.
Lesson learned: need to research online companies thoroughly before impulse buying.

Absolutely shocking! Totally false advertising. Terrible quality, and a very “helpful” team who want to resolve any issues in any way except giving a refund.
Items are not as advertised. It’s not a boutique and pregnant Jessica seems to be a sweat shop in Hong Kong.
Really disappointed in myself for not checking out the reviews.

The garment took a long time to arrive. It didn't fit and I requested directions to return and have a refund. 4 times they emailed me, asking for photos of me wearing garment, photo of garment, offer to refund 10% of price and I keep it.
Never deal with this company.

I ordered a smart 'wedding day dress' when it arrived it was totally unsuitable for my figure, the quality was not worth £35.95. On the same day I asked to return it and was OFFERED 10% of the cost and to keep the dress, as to return it to the US would cost more. Since then it has increased twice to 30% as a final offer. If I still wished to return it I had to pay all costs of postage, customs etc and if the parcel was lost in the post I would get nothing.
Their returns policy is supposed to be 'hassle free' what a joke! Don't order anything from this company!!

A total scam. The website claims the owner of a small London boutique (Jessica) is pregnant and so is closing down her shop. Totally regret buying from them. Once I had placed the order of a dress it became apparent that the dress was coming from China (not a small London boutique) It took 2 weeks to arrive, was appalling quality, cheap and nasty fabric, loose threads and faulty zip. It did not look like the photo and the colour was awful. I paid £45 and afterwards found the same dress being sold on Shein for £15. Feel totally conned and don't want it to happen to anyone else.

I ordered multiple sizes and they refuse to return. It’s a Chinese company. It’s not closing down, it’s a con!! I didn’t want to give even 1 star!!!

100% agree with all of the below. Complete scam artists. Refusing to refund or even provide the info to refund. Just reply with delay tactic questions. Never ever do business with this company. If you do go through your bank and dispute the charges.

One great big con. The BBC Watchdog should get on it !! I've also fallen foul of this illegitimate company. Sent wrong dress of terrible poor quality made from China not Jessica .!I I didn't order. Never same person replies to several emails - it's Ai. Avoids refunds by sending a return form for USA at my cost it's just one big con . Yet on package return address 'Edward' Altrincham . Also implied if involve bank provider claim process would take too long and not likely be favourably, tried to be intimidating but failed , ignored and went ahead . Showed up Business type 'school & education. They need to be investigated ASAP.

items have not arrived - but a bad feeling arrived - so I came to trustpilot and verified bad feeling - not expecting to receive what I thought I was buying... I am usually excellent at buying online!!!
