Having received a dress that did not reflect the description nor online image I requested to commence the returns and refund process due to the garment being defective. After much back and forth I was offered a 10% refund and to keep the dress, this rose to 20% and finally 30% as a favour from them to avoid my having to pay return shipping costs. I quoted their returns policy and again requested a pre-paid return label. They declined. Lesson learned I guess.

Purchased a dress.
Took ages to come, and it’s described as”Made By Jessica”! As is the website. I contacted whoever,who said she designed it, but it was made in china, so exactly how is is MADE BY JESSICA!
Apparently she designs them.
Today it arrived, and instead of it looking like linen/cotton is a type of polyester, with a seam down the back. I have contacted them again requesting a refund, but so far no reply.
Really they should be reported for misleading the public in all ways.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE. In my option the goods are substandard, but this is the best part, trying to get a refund is near impossible.
There is no return address given and when you request a refund they offer the goods at 10, 20 and then 30% discount. They ask for photos of the garments and measurement! all to delay you making the 30 day window for the refund. When they do give you a return address, it is bogus. I was given 2 one in China and one in LA, both of which were collection centres for unwanted or used goods and the cost of sending is on you. There are other website clearly run by the same person, Alexandra London and Armour Sermon. Please do not buy and if you have and can't get get a refund, please contact your bank and raise a claim against the company.

Doesn’t deserve a 1 star. A complete scam website. Avoid at all costs. The clothing is advertised as from a London based shop. It’s not! I ordered a linen dress. It took 2.5 weeks to arrive. The dress was nothing like the picture. Completely false advertising. It looks like a nylon rag that would go up in flames if you stood next to a fire. It’s the wrong size. Horrible colour. It was in the “closing down sale”. Which has been going on for ages. Even in the sale it was expensive. Temu have much better quality and far cheaper. This has been shipped from China. They won’t let me return as they say the shipping costs will be high and the customer must pay. They suggest I keep it for a 10% refund. It’s a completely scam site that should be removed. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid

There is no Jessica. There is no baby. Goods come from Hong Kong. They are cheap clothing. Returning items is a nightmare. Eventually they will agree on returning goods, however the cost of returning is as much as the item. Never again!!

Same with other reviews a total con merchant. I ordered a jacket and I received something which I wouldn’t class as jacket shown on photos. The sizing is wrong and it looks like a doctor’s apron with a polyester thin tablecloth. I wouldn’t even be able to use it as a cleaning cloth due to completely being polyester material which I have never come across in my whole life. Avoid at all cost and this website should be taken down after all these bad reviews.

Exactly as the other reviews! I was taken in by ‘Made by Jessica’ who was pregnant and closing her London Boutique! It turns out to be a total scam, there is no such company, it’s a Chinese Company and the clothes they sell you can actually see on Temu at only £10 each! I haven’t received my items yet but will assume they will only be fit for washing the floor with if that. I have raised a dispute with my bank so hopefully I won’t be totally out of pocket. Certainly a lesson learnt, I’m usually good with checking out companies first but this one the way they advertised seemed ok until the 3rd email and my suspicions had been raised. PLEASE DONT BE TAKEN IN BY THEM, THEY NEED CLOSING!!!!

The dress is nothing like the one portrayed on the website. It is shapeless, poorly made from cheap polyester material. The company will not allow me to return it for refund.

What a waste of money!!! DON'T ORDER FROM HERE - the item took 3 weeks to arrive, cheap nasty, nothing like picture. Can't return as to the US postage would be half the price of the dress...not worth £4 let along £45 and that was supposed to be half price - what a load of s**t!!!!

I would urge anyone to avoid this company. Their advertising is misleading/fraudulent, the quality of the products is exceedingly poor and their refund policy is expensive, long-winded and designed to make customers give up! I wish I had read the reviews before I was sucked into their scam.

My experience has been upsetting, and I personally would advise anyone to be extremely careful before you part with your money. Made by Jessica is a Hong Kong company - you can find this on the website if you scroll right to the end. The website also says orders ship from Hong Kong. I recommend taking a moment to read the return and refund policy before you order!
I was very disappointed by the quality of the fabric of the dress that came but if you want to return your item and it is a “change of mind or size exchange” the customer has to pay for the item to be sent back to Hong Kong. They offered me an alternative of a 10% refund of the £39.95 cost of the dress. I have settled for a 30% refund to bring the palaver to a close. The 30% “refund”has gone into my account, but if I’d read the reviews I wouldn’t have fallen into this bizarre situation and I’d still have all my money! Please be careful!

Do not purchase from this store. I’m currently taking the issue up with my bank. Emails back and forth with no end in sight. Item received is not the item advertised, very poor quality, different style and certainly not what I paid. Jessica is clearly not closing down her shop to have a baby. Why I didn’t check the reviews I don’t know as I never normally purchase from an unknown place without first checking it out.

This is a total scam I bought a £50 dress that arrived and the quality was shocking, I started the returns process and they offered 10%, 20% or 30% back to keep the item but on principal I have not accepted this as I want my full money back. I have informed my bank who have started a chargeback process and I will be reporting them to trading standards. The return is in the US so I will not be spending any more money on this. Keep your money as you will not get what you think you will, I am normally good at ordering online but I have been totally scammed!!

My experience is exactly the same as most of the other posters. Taken in by a complete false advertisement, they should literally be shut down !! It’s got London on the website but what a total lie!!! save your money and don’t get suckered in! The quality is rubbish and trying to get a return is a whole task itself. They will literally just try and give you a portion of your money back repeatedly, up to 30% just to keep the rubbish item you’ll never wear, rather than send it back.

Dress arrived after a month. Horrible synthetic material. Clingy. It's all over Pinterest and shouldn't be on there. It looks very nice clothing, cool and smart, but it is AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL. Very bad quality. Do not buy. Throwing your money away. A complete scam. Not even worth trying to get a refund because you have to pay postage to return it to China. Wish I had never seen all the various ads for this clothing.

Having read all the reviews for Made by Jessica, just after I had ordered, I cancelled it. I'm giving four stars because I was refunded in full two days later - so my review is not for quality as I didn't see the dress, but for customer service which in my case was okay.
