Just want to warn others about this online store. It's 100% fake. There is no Jessica, there is no pregnancy, there is no fancy boutique that's closing down and the clothes aren't lovingly designed in London. How these online stores selling cheap tat from China are allowed to flourish is beyond me.

Would never order from this company again. Just like other reviews, I received at least 10 e mails to say my order was on its way. (from China). It took over 3 weeks to arrive. After reading other reviews I wasn't expecting much! Ordered a sweatshirt. It was made of nylon with a horrible fluffy sort of backing. No stretch at all. Waste of money and I will put it down to experience as looking at other reviews I don't think I stand any chance of getting a refund.

Of If I could give this company no stars I would, I honestly feel as though I’ve been scammed.
A week after ordering a dress I was told they don’t have it in stock and I’m now on my fifth email asking for a refund and they keep offering me store credit in a very passive aggressive way.
I so wish I’d read the reviews before I ordered the dress.

Poor quality items. Initial item returned awaiting refund. Second order again poor quality not as shown on website. Unable to contact company or start returns process.
Do not use this site. I should have checked Trust Pilot first- lesson hopefully learnt

NEVER order from this Company- it is a scam business. Delivery takes weeks and I quote "customers find returning items are more costly and inconvenient than anticipated" The quality of the clothing is not fit for a rag market - poor sewing, poor fabric, sizes not right. They have offered a 10*% !!!! refund - but who knows if that would ever arrive.

I am in agreement with all the recent reviews. Extremely poor quality goods, non existent refund policy made public when ordering and tried to refund me just 10% of my order. A total scam avoid at all costs!

Appalling! Dreadful quality, misleading marketing ! A total scam.... i checked out some reviews that were obviously done in-house, i now realise! . The marketing is a salon in London closing down due to maternity is royal bollox. Awful, awful , awful... if u want cheap shit thats better quality than this than go for Temu or Shein ... trust me will be better. I really do not know how the UK trading standards have not got a hold of this !!

This site is a total scam! The descriptions on their adverts do not match the dreadful quality and poor material of the items you receive. Truly dreadful!
No reply from their returns process. I have decided to dump the dresses into a fabric recycle bin and write this off as a bad experience and life lesson rather than enter into months of pain trying to get my money back.

How legally is this company still trading? It’s false advertising and fraudulent in all aspects.
My order has just arrived absolutely nothing like what was advertised and I know by all their reviews the refund won’t happen.. it needs shutting down!!!!!!!

'Made by jessica' is a scam company. Their is NO pregnant english lady with a london store!!!! There are also not 2 sisters at another store in london. The people are scammers from hong kong. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BANK DETAILS AND CONTACT YOUR BANK IMMEDIATELY.

Just looked on here. Company is a Scam . Dress pretty but poor quality . Brought for my sister's wedding ! Just seen on the telly about these company's . Don't use them !

I have been scammed by this company. The dress I ordered was too small - not a UK 12 - 14 size. Asking for a refund I was asked to provide photo evidence of size label, measurements, dress not zipping up. I have been fobbed off with many emails but they are refusing to refund my payment or tell me where to send the unwanted item. Each email concludes that they are doing me a huge favour by sending out more dresses at a reduced price.

I wish I had read the reviews before buying, I thought I was buying from a store in England, but no its China, garment unwareable totally scamed. Please do not buy, utter crap! Seen better on a market stall for lest money.

Like many others I wish I had checked on Trustpilot first…I usually do but the photo on the website was very convincing!!! So have emailed to cancel the order…let’s see what happens. How these companies can get away with this…buyer beware.
UPDATE….money refunded today to my credit card! I think I must have requested to cancel the order within the 12 hours of sending it but maybe I’ve been just lucky.

The item is a dreadful quality, unwearable! The advert is not honest. The returns policy advertised is dishonest. When contacted for a return and refund, the ‘company’ after 3 emails have stalled on a refund. They suggest I send a further amount of money to receive a replacement. Now they have ceased contact. I have now lost £39.99p. This is a total SCAM! Please take down this advert to stop this.

OMG, why didnt I check here first!! I ordered one blazer for the first time, having seen the ad on Facebook. Read about the company and it never entered my head that it would be a con! I orfered the first, got offered a second at discount yet got charged full price for both. AND, whilst I ordered blue it switched to Red when I paid! I would NEVER buy from this set up again.

Update: Company finds every avenue possible to avoid full refunds. A total sham of a company and there should be a way to stop them trading!

Bought the mystery gift- utterly scammed, £7.50 for an awful scrunchie that's apparently worth £49!!! Customer service is terrible. Dress is ok but no care labels and not what was advertised. Stay away!!!

Despicable company. Dress very shoddy, cheaply made with shoddy, cheap material. Not even fit to donate to charity, so ended up in the bin. The company is not a "boutique" as it states. Imported from China. Wish I'd read the reviews before ordering! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

From placing order: was not told that I would have to wait weeks for items to be delivered. Therefore they arrived too late. Clothing was of poor quality. Company was not helpful about refunding my money. Goods would have cost me £22 to return to CHINA! AFTER MANY EMAILS I HAD TO SETTLE FOR KEEPING GARMENTS and receiving 30% back into my account. To date this discount has not gone into my bank account. My advice would be to stay well clear of this company.

I wouldn't even give this one star. I was very disappointed with the service. I waited nearly four weeks for delivery of a dress and a jumper, and when it arrived, it looked nothing like the picture or description. Terrible quality and really cheap fabric
