I haven’t even receive my order yet and I’m giving it 1 star. After reading other reviews it’s clear this website is a scam. It charged me at the last minute for insurance I didn’t want, then sent me a discount code for 20% to add something else to my basket - and upon thinking this was a good deal, I did. However the code looks like it is automatically added to your basket when in fact it is not applied, and so I made a second purchase at full price, with the insurance again before I noticed! Their customer service line is out of action too. And I can see now see the company is in Hong Kong. Absolute joke. I’m not expecting great quality.

Waited ages for dress to arrive. Nothing like the photo or description. Just cheap and nasty. Should have seen the reviews before I purchased. Don't use this site.

Would give zero stars if it was an option.
I too was drawn in by the picture of the pregnant lady, London based, closing down etc…. All utter rubbish.
Took two weeks for the item I purchased to arrived, which considering I live just outside London and it was supposedly sent by Royal Mail, doesn’t add up! I’ve since learned it comes from china!
When it did finally arrive the dress looked absolutely nothing like the photos or descriptions. My attempts to return have been ignored so I’m going to have to just suck this one up and waste the money. It’s taught me to read reviews before purchasing from independent sites.

DO NOT purchase from this company. It implies easy returns within 30 days but that is NOT the case. This is not a uk based company and they do not pay for return postage. The quality of the clothing is very poor for the price. I am desperately trying to return items but they keep offering me 10% then 20% and now 30% repeatedly despite me being very clear I want to return for a full refund. Anyone buying from this company will waste their money!! Stay away!!

Absolutely disgusting trying to get a refund but not looking good, nothing like the picture awful dress unwearable, thought I was buying from a London boutique and it said free returns no questions asked not the case but not given up yet, beware this is just a scam and can’t believe I fell for it, so angry

What a bunch of con artists, totally appalling quality . Misleading website, no not misleading a bunch of utter lies! It's an e commerce company based in Hong Kong operating several supposedly small independent companies. Anyone scammed by them should report them sending back items to USA now at at least 15£ but of course they've no intention of giving you a full refund. I've just resigned myself to taking 40% off. But reporting them anyway and may even go down the bank route to get my money back.

I wish that I had read the reviews before I made a purchase.
My item finally arrived but was nothing like the image on the website. I am very disappointed. Hopefully they will send me a link to return it.

I purchased a dress. It looked like a bag of rags on me. I wanted to return it and I’m getting obstacles thrown in my way. They want to send me another dress in a bigger size. I keep saying there’s nothing wrong with the size it just doesn’t suit. I asked if I could return it for a full refund, they have not replied.

Absolutely shocking quality customer support even worse keep trying to offer reduction not replace item or refund.

In trying to encourage my 82 yr old mum to try some internet shopping i explained that she should stick to high st stores that we know and trust. First time out and she discovers a jacket she just had to have and went ahead and ordered from this store. Waited 2 weeks for delivery and the receives some sort of nylon/polyester jacket supposedly reduced from £80 to £40. I knew something was up the minute i investigated the returns process. This is not a UK store, its based in Hong Kong and you will spend money returning your cheap piece of tat, may get custom fees at the other end and then probably still not get your refund. Accept the item you have bought now belongs to you and it's cheaper to throw in the bin. Be careful where you shop and keep a close eye on elderly people who dont know the bad people in the world that have no conscience. Shame on you.

The dress took a long time to arrive. It is huge and the fabric not as suggested. I am having huge difficulty arranging for its return for a refund. Could not recommend them

This company is not based in Uk so their website is fraudulent! Dresses terrible and look like nothing on website and returns are to USA. Total con - do not touch!

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY
I would say to anyone using this site to beware it feels fraudulent.
My sister died and on June 8th my wife ordered a dress from made by Jessica under the heading funeral ware, they wrote two days later it had been shipped but then we got an out of stock email. I requested a refund and was asked to accept a credit note which would be useless because the funeral will have happened before anything arrived. I then re re requested a refund and was told their refund system was down. I re requested a refund and was told it would take 30 days to process any refund consideration. Fortunately I bought using my credit card and my bank will start proceedings to gain a refund after 15 days but this company are totally focused on keeping my money.

Scam scam scam !!! Cannot believe this mob are still allowed to trade ! Why have they not been closed down for fraud? I am an idiot I only read the reviews on thir site , spent £100 on 3 dresses I wouldn't pay 10 for on Te#u!! And I'm 40 emails into trying to get a refund. Unfortunately paid by debit card so will see what my bank can help me with. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Oh how I wish I had read these reviews. I only looked at the super ones on made by Jessica site. Clearly not made by Jessica. I note that any returns should be sent to the Hong Kong facility and paid for by customer, so pretty sure that won’t happen. Free delivery? Maybe, but took £4.95 off for insurance (which I am pretty sure I didn’t ask for) I think her “ baby” will be going to school by the time I receive my jumper. Twelve days since my order and 12 days since my money was taken from my account, and no sign of my order. Meantime I have received 12 emails, some asking me to order more items, some telling me my order is on its way. Well I am still waiting. So mad at myself for getting involved in this unethical company.

If I could have left a review with no stars Ì would have done. This firm is a scam. The clothes we received were nothing like those in the picture. They are cheap material badly made tat. There is no London boutique, no pregnant Jessica, it’s all an elaborate scam to trick you into thinking this is a genuine London store. If you want to return an item which is VERY likely, the return address is Hong Kong and you are warned that in addition to postage you will pay taxes and customs- Ì other words too expensive to be worth the effort. If a charity shop will accept the items that is probably the best thing to do with them. I will not be conned again, but will ALWAYS see what is said by other buyers on trust pilot before a buying anything online!! You have been warned.

The website is fake! Who actually IS Jessica because it appears the ‘story of Jessica’ is a lie. The item I ordered has finally arrived 3 weeks after the order date. I received a bombardment of emails to tell me the item was on its way….
It has just arrived, it is very poorly made and of very poor quality fabric which will go straight in the bin! What a waste of almost £50….
Avoid using at all costs…

Avoid this shop at all costs! I ordered a dress based on their beautiful website photos, but what arrived was a cheap, low-quality nightmare. The entire fabric pattern is a blurry, low-resolution, pixelated image printed onto awful material—it looks like a pixelated screenshot from a computer.
When I complained, customer service tried every trick in the book to avoid giving me a full refund. Total scam. Save your money and buy elsewhere!!!

Still waiting for a dress to arrive that was supposed to be next day delivery; that was 6 days ago. It was supposed to be for a wedding party tomorrow.

Update: the dress arrived. Not the same dress! Different colour, different design. Doesn't fit!!! It resembles a dolls outfit. Terrible!!! 0 stars
