It was really absolutely great and kind.The driver was a helpful , I had a good journey with the driver

Sometimes they are good sometimes they are bad. The majority of them don’t know how to get where you want to go and rely on their sat nav to get you there so it costs you more. Then of course you have the driver who takes the piss and takes the longest route and blames roadworks. How was your journey today?

Held work langyard at ransom, even though my husband was paying (to a personal bank account , which is wrong in itself and i will be contacting the council) as soon as got out of taxi tried to shout and stop him (windows were down but he had headphones ins so didnt stop). Had a go at husband and me cause he had to leave a job , we would of been happy to wait and never asked him to do this. We were given time frame by the person we spoke to on phone. Keeping my langyard untill he was sure that £4 had gone into his personal bank account is actually extortion , langyard should of been given straight away . As i explained this was my work keys and badge , they are for a school and can give acsess to a school and should of been handed over as soon as driver came back , but he wouldnt until i raised my voice despite me trying to explain the importance calmly first. Just common sense and respect , he cant keep my property from me and had no right to diliberatly withhold my item in the car demanding payment (which we understood was for his time but did not mean he should hold item ransom). I use your service every day to get to work and am now going to switch because god forbid my langyard falls again and this time the driver refuses to give it back

I always use magnum because they are quick, very reliable even in the busiest times they try their very best to accommodate. Drivers are pleasant, taxis lovely and clean and prices very good.

The driver was there just before booking time which is amazing and kept my schedule on time, further more he was very polite.

Always on time pleasant drivers great price turn up when they say they will let you know ifs there's a delay due to traffic go the quickest route help pur your shopping/ suitcases in the boot make sure your wearing your seat belt at all times

This ride was great! The driver came within 2 minutes and dropped us of to the location as quick as possible. Good conversation and was friendly.

The drivers are really friendly and polite and I left my fine in there taxi before and they made sure I got it back with no problem and they asked me things about the fone lije what was the screen saver and did not just hand it over so yeah would highly recommend 🙂
