Excellent service turned up on time lovely friendly drivers

Extremely disappointed with this company. I was quoted £23.28 when booking for a 10-minute journey. After the journey was completed the fare was updated to £67. The driver was also late for the pick up.

I emailed customer service with evidence and have been ignored. Charging nearly triple the quoted fare without explanation is unacceptable. Be very careful booking with this company.

Friendly, punctual and very helpful driver. Travelled with two children and lots of bags in hot weather and our driver was amazing. Thank you.

Was quoted £7 for my journey, taxi dropped me to destination who then charged me £9 because its Eid!
Should of been made aware and dont see why I should pay £2 more because its Eid!!

The experience could not have been better. From booking to actual delivery, it just worked.
Got a 15 min warning, the driver was on his way. He turned up on time. Very friendly and he took me to JR Hospital on time.

Awful, taxi driver couldn't find my address and even after speaking with him and giving clear directions he cancelled the job. They sent a second car which was filthy. Thankfully Uber now operates in my area, I won't be using them again.

I pre-booked a journey, and I had to call support TWICE for them to finally assign me a taxi. Got it assigned, but came half an hour later than my wanted time. As a result I missed my train! What even is the point of pre-booking if they don’t even stick to the time I ask?!

my phone had died about a minute before the taxi had come to pick me up and so I had to ask to charge my phone to which his plug wasn’t even working in the first place. And then I went to charge it in the reception which was right by the door and he increased the fare without letting me know that I was going to happen.
