Lovely quality bench great delivery service

My wife and I recently replaced our two garden benches, together with bespoke cushions at half price, which we are very pleased with. If you are looking for a low maintenance garden bench, we would highly recommend this product; it is excellent quality with a timeless design, comfortable seating and authentic wood effect. Also, it was easy to assemble and very well packaged.

As we have not received our purchase yet I am unable to give a 5 Star score. Alison who we contacted has been very good and we can not fault her in any way However the delivery company have been very poor and ignored our instructions about letting us know when they were coming so we could be ready to make access possible to the community library the purchase was for.

I will give Maisons a 5 Star for the way Alison looked after us.Hopefully our purchase will be delivered by a different company on a day of our choice.

I made a complete mess of ordering a Winawood composite bench with a memorial plaque and seat cushion which resulted in me not receiving two offered discounts. Luckily Rubina from House&Maison sorted this out for me. The bench arrived quickly - my 3rd Winawood bench. Great customer service.

Very pleased with my new bench. Delivery was prompt, assembly was easy and the bench is exactly what I wanted. It’s now proudly sitting at the front of the house and looks great. The colour and design are beautiful.

Perfect. Excellent price including delivery. Ordered Friday and here by Wednesday. Very helpful delivery man who carried the bench to a convenient place. Super pleased with the colour, style and quality of the bench. Totally pleased.

Unfortunately Palletline didn't communicate expected date of delivery other than 2-3 days, eventually 4! However all turned out well and our surprise gift was well received and being well used already.

When delivered part of the item was damaged in transit.
Staff dealt with the matter expediently and very efficiently and within a few days the matter was resolved with minimum fuss

The furniture is lovely , but the communication was a little off. The furniture just arrived with only the notification it would be two to three days , which is very vague on a 1000 pound item. Luckily we were in!

Efficient despatch and a small issue that I had was quickly resolved.
