Really poor service from customer services. Lack of response even after I asked for my case to be escalated to a manager due to an unsatisfactory response.
Would not recommend.

Maxbuy - they skim by offering the same item that Amazon offer but add on postage and a bit more.

The item is delivered by Amazon - so probably an automated service that creams off a bit of cash, not only are you still using Amazon but you are also being duped and robbed of a bit of extra cash

I ordered a hotwheels track before reading review because it arrived before Christmas - I then read the other reviews. I emailed to ask about delivery, as it I was worried, and was given a refund for the £5 postage and told I could refuse delivery if it was too late. In the end it arrived just after Christmas in an Amazon box and has been saved for my little boy's birthday! It actually ended up being cheaper than it is now on amazon!

Ordered a Christmas present for my nephew on the 15th of December.... its the 11th of January now and I haven't received the item and they haven't replied to any emails

Delivery time ok, came in Amazon packaging? Didn't order from them!
Item wrong size, I've emailed and no response.
No telephone number to call them, and no returns label. Now stuck with wrong size phone case. NOT HAPPY.

Ordered gift for my grandson for Xmas. Over 10 days later still no show. Emailed asking for a refund as it would be to late for Xmas now as it was already Xmas eve and actually got a response saying that they had no control over delivery and they would still be sending it. So I once again illiterated that it was a pointless waste of a delivery and I require a refund as it could not possibly arrive before Xmas! The response was that it'll arrive on the 7th Jan and I could refuse delivery or send it back with ore paid label...... Really!!! What a complete waste of everyone's time,. So I'm waiting now for it to arrive so that I can then send it back so that I can then finally and hopefully get my damn money back!!

Horrible customer service

I ordered a gift from them on their website, when the package arrived it was in an amazon package so then I decided to have a look in Amazon to compare the prices.

I have paid about £18 for the item and £5 for shipping, amazon had the exact same for £11 which would have saved me more than £10.

When I asked for a refund the lady responded to my email and said it would take 2 days for me to receive the prepaid shipping label. 10 days later i received nothing.

They are ignoring my emails, which is very frustrating.

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I received the silent clock two days after I had purchased it.
It arrived in good condition in amazon packaging for some reason.
. I am very happy with it. It was a very reasonable price and looks good.

Bought my sons Christmas present from here. Arrived within the 2-3 days as stated but arrived in no packaging. Address label just stuck to the main box. Thankfully my son never seen it. Emailed and had a response within 24hr with a refund on delivery costs

I ordered something on the 5/12/21 and paid 2 day delivery the company have said I should have received it , I have asked for proof where it was left outside and there not replying.
I am asking for a refund and there ignoring my emails . SCAMMERS

Bought item the day before Black Friday, order went through just fine. Day of Black Friday they cancel the order, no reason given yet the item was still in stock on the website but now with a hiked up price. They were pretending to offer customers a Black Friday sale though the sale price was higher than what I had paid/seen advertised.

I sent an email asking why my order was cancelled - no response given

Paid £12.99 for next day shipping and, over a week later, still no item. I’ve emailed the company on multiple occasions asking about the whereabouts of my order and requesting a refund but no response. I’ve had to raise a payment dispute with my credit card company to get the money back. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE ITS A SCAM!

I recently brought a yoda fancy dress outfit for my son. After reading these reviews I really panicked and thought great scam site just before halloween.
However it arrived 2 days after i had purchased. Item was same as photo too.

If I could give a negative rating I would. SCAMMERS! I don't know how they are still operating. Googled cat food, 7pd bag. Maxedbuy gave the best price so I thought I would try them. Received a 3.5pd bag for $27 dollars! They ordered it from amazon and sent it with a gift receipt?? I guess harder to return and track. I could have ordered the 7pd bag for the same price with free shipping! Ugh. Con artists and scammers.

Paid for next day delivery... Item never arrived.
20 days later and still no answer to emails.
AVOID SCAMMERS

I ordered a shower head holder from Maxedbuy before reading the reviews. The item actually turned up two days later but, to my surprise, was a gift from Sergy via Amazon. If I had bought directly from Amazon, I would have saved 30%. All this company does is use their website as a means to push products around from other outlets at inflated prices. Never again.

Scammers, this company is not legit, they are a bunch of crooks who want to con money out of people.
