Wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this company. Claim going through as I have had no response from them at all. What a complete waste of time they are!
UPDATE: Claim for refund successful through PayPal, I'm pretty sure 'maxedbuy' will be struck off!

Item received on time, well packed and can't complain there. They failed to respond to an email and didn't send the notification that the item had been dispatched which they had mailed to say they would so mine is a qualified endorsement.

Scam .. Be aware of this company

I agree with the negative reviews and would score this company 0 if possible. I wish I saw them sooner. Ordered a product as a gift which was a month ago and hasn’t arrived. Emailed them twice, no response. If they can’t fulfill deliveries, they should shut the site down. My daughter still asks when this is going to arrive which is very sad and I am going to have to fork out again on a different site. Luckily paid through PayPal so hoping for a refund. This company is an absolute s*** show. I’ve sent an enquiry to Watchdog - not even kidding.

Ordered a camping unit for a birthday present, paid for quick delivery. Item never arrived, contacted maxedbuy who initially said would sort within 24 hours. Despite multiple messages never heard any further response from them and never received it. Had to claim through PayPal for a refund in the end as literally no response afterwards. Complete scam. May as well just throw your money away.

Ordered a wrench pouch for hubby for work 2 weeks ago... nothing no dispatch confirmation no item. Reach out to the company via there only for off contact an email to be ignored. I feel this is another scam site £31.00 out of pocket. I'd advise never use this company it's a scam.

Scam artists who rely on you not claiming refund through the bank you pay by. Customer service non existent. Do not buy under any circumstances.

I didn’t realise this was a scam company. I googled something I wanted to buy and went for this option as it was a couple of quid cheaper and said delivery in two days. That was 3 weeks ago. Emailed and heard nowt. How are they getting away with this.

This company are using my Trademarked brand name, copyright photos and description without authorisation for one of their products! I have tried contacting them through their online form asking them to remove this information, with no response. I will be taking this matter further. Please do not purchase from this company.

as everyone else here i ordered item, said in stock, nothing recieved a month and a half later, no response to info on delivery, MASSIVE SCAMMERS, AVOID THESE THIEVING BAST@RDS!!!!!

I ordered a guitar strap on MaxedBuy for my boyfriend's birthday. Once paying for the strap, I realised I had not received a confirmation email. Concerned, I looked up reviews. I was certain I had been scammed, and the strap would not arrive; so certain that I ordered the same one from amazon. I then decided to reach out to MaxedBuy, using the contact us form on the website. Within 2 hours, 'Katerina' had responded, stating that my package should be delivered the next day. I was unconvinced.
However, the next day, much to my surprise, the guitar strap was delivered (along with the one I had ordered from Amazon!).
I'm not sure if I just got lucky with this website, but I wouldn't panic straight away if you have ordered something from MaxedBuy and are reading the reviews. The package took 3 working days to arrive. Only didn't give 5 stars because I never received a confirmation email.

Stated quick delivery on the website and still waiting after 4 weeks, no updates, no replies to my requests for an update or for a refund.
Like previous comments, would give 0 stars but unable to do this.

Unable to give zero stars so hence the 1 star rating. Be very careful of this online retailer. Ordered water bottle cap, payment taken immediately but have yet to receive item two months later. No phone contact details provided only an email address which is clearly not monitored. Have a strong feeling that this is a scam type site perhaps providing one or two items to prevent being shut down & appear legitimate. About to report to Which? for investigation. WOULD RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING THROUGH MAXEDBUY.

I would give 0 if I could. I placed an order in April still not received I've sent several emails which have been ignored I have had no refund and no goods. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. POOR SERVICE GOODS NOT RECEIVED DESPITE PAYMENT BEING TAKEN!!!!!!

Yesterday I was searching for a Robin (Batman & Robin) costume on Ebay and the cheapest I could find was £37. I did a quick Google search and found it for less than £15 including postage from MaxedBuy so I purchased it. THEN I read the reviews... I thought I'd just wasted £15 BUT to my surprise and delight it arrived today - less than 24 hours after ordering - and delivered through Amazon. Very impressed and would shop from again.

I placed an order number 26087 on 18 March 2021. Since that date I have heard nothing.
I wish I had read the reviews on Trustpilot before ordering.
It appears the company takes the order (and the payment) and goes no further.
I am in touch with Mastercard about allowing this company to use their system to take payment and not to supply the goods.

First time using them. They were cheaper than other sites and unbelievably this item was came within about 8 hours, and I live in the the countryside in Scotland. It arrived in amazon packing so that may explain it. All the same very happy.

Ordered goods from maxedbuy.co.uk and their payment page kept returning an error so I repeated this 3 times, two of which failed and one of which went through though was charged for all 3! Have emailed customer services for a return number with one response saying 'Thank you for purchase, we value our customers.
You can return item without any questions, we have free returns. We will provide prepaid shipping labels within 2 days'. It's now day 40!!!!!!! NO prepaid return labels, NO response to my replies, NO response from customer services, NO response from additional requests. Absolute sham - and it turned up in Amazon packaging which I refuse to buy from so double pissed off here. Maxed Buy daylight robbery.
