well, I just started the service, and have only received one fax, but there were no problems associated with the notification or the retrieval of same- if things continue thus I will be a happy camper indeed!

If anyone needs a fax service I would recommend that you consider e-mail to fax technology. Note: you will need a good fast scanner if you are going to be faxing often. There are many on the market that you can choose from. A great feature about MaxEmail is that their website is easy to navigate and allows you to fax a message on demand if you are on the road and have an internet connection. E-mail to fax technology has progressed over the years and MaxEmail delivers the service it advertises. I recommend them for use by others. I am an accountant and receive confidential faxes that need to come just to me. E-mail to fax was the solution I needed for my practice. I have used MaxEmail for only two months but I have received over 75 faxes. All have been received timely and clearly.

As a real estate agent working out of my home 99% of the time, maxefax is the answer to my prayers!!! Don't have to drive to my brokers house to retrieve a fax. No more running to the office supply store to buy ink in a hurry. I Don't have a huge need for a fax machine, but when you need to send an offer on a home and seller says that their internet is down and requests that you fax it to them..............maxefax is a life saver!! I was able to purchase the least expensive package, had it set up in 15 minutes and sent my offer to the seller in a timely fashion. It is great to know that maxefax is there when I need it.

I'm doing an important project with deadlines. The headquarters with which I must communicate has only FAX so this app has totally enabled me to communicate to them by hard copy FAX.

It is so easy to use, and very cost effective.

So so but have had some slow delivery notification letting me know the fax has been sent.

They were real helpful on the phone, and told me straight outright the complications of what I wanted and expected would not work with their servers.

He also told me I could try it for a month to see if it may work, but it would not work with the 'trial,' and I would have to pay the full price.

I tried it for the full price, and it did not work. I wrote back right away and told them it did not work (they were right) and wanted to cancel the trial on Day One, and they immediately credited my account back the full amount!

MaxEmail is a very honest and trustworthy company. I would use them in a heartbeat if I didn't have to have my faxes come out of a server in Florida!

I would recommend MaxEmail to anyone who asks! They are true blue!

Maxi mail so so easy to use and convenient. You save money because there is no need for ink or toners anymore. I know if the fax went through or not and everything I fax is recorded and saved. It makes me want to start faxing all the time again instead of emailing everyone. I love my new fax service!

I've used this program through my previous company and now I have a subscription with my current company. I'm very satisfied at how fast faxes are transmitted and the ease of use. Kudos!!!!

My support request was responded to in a timely fashion, which is all I could ask for!

Just started using MaxEmail and have had no problems so far, their support team responds to emails in less than 5 minutes to answer any questions or to assist.
Ported my office fax number to them and once they received it was less than one day and I was working.

It is really a simple app and even just taking a pic of a document and faxing seems to work perfectly!

So far, the service is okay. Disappointed that terms for toll free numbers are not good. I tried MetroFax and MyFax and both of those had toll free numbers available which were part of the incoming monthly allotment. Your service so far seems to be more reliable. Both Metro and MyFax, the transmission is a lot faster. The toll free service, however, is a big disappointment...will that be changing anytime soon?

Flawless, no issues, no glitches. Accomodates ALL of my large PDF files.

MaxEmail has made my email life easy, not to say that I need any complicated tasks to fulfill. receiving and replying is all I use it for. And yes the calendar.

I haven't used this service too often but of the few times I did, it seems to have worked very good. I had some issues in the beginning but customer support was superior! Very personalized and professional. Thank you!

Thank you MaxEmail for being there when I needed it most. For what ever reason my Fax machine decided to poop out, and I had several apps that needed faxed to me and faxed back. Crisis time. I found MaxEmail, the price was a little high, but the service is awesome, and I found signing up fast, simple and quick. As soon as I was approved, the Faxes started rolling into my email. It allowed me to save the doc as a pdf and attach it to my worksite, so I receive a quicker response. In all, MaxEmail will ultimately save me time and money, and as a small business owner both of those are critical.

I love MaxEmail I've been with them a off and on for a while I never look for another fax email when I need one. I always go back to MaxEmail! It's a company you can trust with great customer service!
