Excellent service. Good value. Highly recommended.

I used MaxEmail for at least 10 years, without any problems at all. The service is rock-solid. There are several different packages, all priced fairly and competitively. The few times that I had an issue or a question - maybe three times in ten years - it was handled promptly, professionally and to my complete satisfaction.

Highly recommended.

Awesome,

I will never go back to having a fax machine again. I love receiving my faxes electronically and I don't have to be near a fax machine to receive them.

seems to work with little computors skills i have

while all my faxes have gone thru the people i have sent to say the back ground is very dark and the text is very hard to read let me know if there is a fix because when i sent to the same person from my land line and same fax machine they came out clear thanks

Price can't be beat. Easy to use.

I used efax for over 15 years and recently switched to MaxEmail. Great price. My only objection is that I get spam faxes about once a week. I don't like that.

Just love it

I drive truck for a living, the brokers are always wanting the paper worked faxed to them ASAP but I'm not always near a fax to do so. Now as long as I have internet I have a fax machaine. Wish I would have started using this along time ago.

I love how quick it is and easy and almost paperless.

I do not like that you cannot hit resend on a failed fax, as I lose my cover letter and have to retype it. I do not like that it asks you to print the submission page...but it does not have proof from that that it sends, so it is a wasted step...as you cannot from that find if it did send or not. I do not like that the faxes only stay for 30 days.. as I have people inquiring 45 days later if it sent....so I have to keep a paper trail.

I do like the system....but it has issues due to my business.

You do get an email confirmation after the fax is sent, so you'll have that information for as long as you save those emails from us. You also have confirmations in our online fax log that goes back 6 months, although the actual documents remain online for only 30 days. I will have our team look into extending that to a longer period of time, too.

Quick Start!

I was expecting a waiting period or "set-up" time, but there was none! I was getting faxes as soon as set up was complete and I gave the fax number out for business!

It is a Great services if I just needed it more. When I do need it the service alway's work perfectly. Would not give it up.

Disappointed

You guys have a great set up for sending faxes, it works slick!!
I was unclear about the ongoing charges that went along with the yearly fee.
I am still not sure how much the relationship will cost me.
This is the reason for my misgivings.

Thanks for your review! With the MaxEmail Lite service plan, you pay only for the faxes you send, which is a maximum of 10 cents per page. This allows you to only pay for what you use.
