I'm happy with MaxEmail.com

I recently signed up for MaxEmail.com and I see a saving. Previously, I had a designated fax line with Verizon. But i was able to get rid of it and I see where the yearly charge for MaxEmail will be made up in the first few months.

Great service so far

I just switched to MaxEmail and so far I'm pleased with the service. I do find that the interface is a bit clunky and what I really, really miss from my old service is the ability to schedule faxes in the future. PLEASE PLEASE MAKE THAT UPGRADE. It was so essential to my business, I'm considering going back to my old service because not being able to do that has caused some problems. However, I don't want to go back to the unscrupulous jerks that were my old service so please add scheduling! Thanks.

Love it

I switched to this because I got tired buying ink for the fax machine. This is a lot better and faster. I receive all faces on my phone or email.

Hi Nancy,

Thanks for your review! For faxes, we send you the TSID (the "Transmit Station ID") from the sender's fax machine. The sender's fax machine should be set with their fax number or other identifier to let you (the recipient) know where the fax came from. It looks like many of your senders don't have this set (it is blank), so this is why you are getting the "Unklnown."

Also, for a nominal fee ($1.95/mo. or lower, depending on your plan), we do have a Caller ID setting that you can turn on that will show you the sender's phone number for every fax you receive. You can turn this on when logging in to your account. Please contact us at support@maxemail.com or 800-964-2793 if you would like some assistance turning this on.

Also, it looks like you could save some money by switching to a longer term plan. You could add the CallerID and switch to a longer term plan and still save money over your current plan. If you'd like to do this, please give us a call at 800-964-2793.

Responsive customer service

Took advantage of special offer for new customers but when special offer was not reflected in my account I contacted customer service via email and someone contacted me, apologized for the error, and rectified the problem immediately.

Should have done this Years Ago!!!

This new service is so practical and easy to use. It frees up my desk space, no more fax machine, paper and ink; and not having to pay for that extra dedicated phone line is a big savings. The folk sending from their fax machine don't have anything different to do and sending to their fax from me is actually easier! No busy signals or jammed paper in the feeder. No to mention no more spam faxes! Truly a great service and savings. Thank you MaxEmail !!

Excellet choice for my purpose.

I needed a FAX/VoiceMail service to handle the limited number of FAXes and Voice Messages I receive in my small business. MaxEmail provides the service I need for a very reasonable subscription fee. In addition, the web site tool and smart phone app make my business more efficient.
