The worst Minecraft host I tested so far
I tested because a lot youtubers was saying it was good but guess what? It's not, no matter what the server don't even work because after 12 seconds of activity it shuts down by itself not saying the reason why it shuts down and nothing looks wrong on the console either it just says that server crashed and have to restart. This was just a test on the free version so I am glad I never payed them for an "upgraded version". Do they make this on purpose? I don't know but that's not a good experience. This is genuinely the worst Minecraft server host I've tried, and I've tried a lot of them. The only positive thing was the mods installation because it was easy to navigate, yet if I can't start the server, this looks irrelevant....

Uno reverse because it's not true - after 5 minutes of no one being online the server will pause to make space for other free users, if anyone is online on the server the server will not pause, allowing you to play uninterruptedly.
If it crashed after 12 seconds you have a configuration issue, read your logs.

One of the worst server hosts ever. Deleted my server because they keep making it so hard to turn it back on. Tells you nodes are full but when checked they are not. Terrible service

This is a fair review, we ask the user to let us know they're still actively using the service once per week to avoid inactivity, but if nodes are full they're unable to play on it and let us know, thus resulting in removal.

Scams and alot of technical issues
okay so i bought a spider host for one week for 2.81$ okay ? when i tried to install the "Cave Horror" Mod back the server keeps telling me when joining there is a "Mod mismatch" and i double checked my Laucnher mods and the server mods and they are the same but there was a bug in the server when i issued a refund they said there is no refunds but you can get a Balance-refund thats okay and when i got refunded i only got 2$ without the 81 cents and also my host decativated and i now must re-purchase it again to work when i issued another ticket their answer was "Correct u always get billed for that full day even whsn up and down grading this is to stop abuse. Sadly unrefundable as u deleted it yourself."
and "You used it correctly and its intended that way. you got billed for a day so that we don't have any abuse from our daily crediting method. Because u chose the wrong configuration options or locations. which configuration options u can change without issue in the configuration tab on dashboard. Theres nothing to refund"
why the hell did they deleted the server and didnt re activate it with the 2$ ?? thats un-logical
So dont waste your time & money with them their servers sucks and not wroking

This is a fair complaint about a technical issue we had with our proxy system, this issue was resolved on the same day it was discovered, if you were to try the same thing it would now work, our apologies for this.
Regarding the cancellation, it's only fair that you get refunded partially based on how many days of service you've already used, you can simply top up $0.81 to your account balance and make a new subscription, subscriptions always have to be created for a full billing period, either 1 week, 1 month, 1 quarter or 1 year.
Absolutely horrific
these absolute fools delete my server after only a week? the whole thing? Thats like sawing my head off after not moving my finger for a planck second. Dont use this absolute dumpster fire.

For a free server this is a reasonable timeframe to gauge whether or not the server is still being used, you simply have to start it up or join it once to confirm you still want the data, and you get warned two days and one day before deletion.
That being said, the limiting factor here is hardware, we have too much demand for our servers resulting us in having to adopt these guidelines, we'll work towards increasing this timeframe in the future.

Out of the many I have tried, this is byfar the best one: no ads, auto-startup, really decent RAM. In their discord server, there are almost always staff online to help you with any issues and a great community. Also the UI of the website is amazing. I think they should make a mobile app though!
