NO air bubbles

I have been trying and failing to make a mold of an obscure old model car tire. Two other companies, four products total have all had a weird chemical reaction to whatever this tire is made of and will not cure. The One To One Rapid Mold Rubber cures much faster with no consequences.
The other products that I have used have a honey like consistency, the One To One Rapid Mold Rubber is actually liquid out of the bottle. Air bubbles don't stand a chance of being suspended in it.

non-existent customer service.

I've bought quite a few tools and other items from them. My last order was an expensive tool; it never was delivered. I sent them two emails and never received reply. I called; no one answered. I was prompted to leave a message and someone would get back to me. I started to leave the message and ten seconds later I was interrupted by "thank you for calling," Then the line went dead.

I ordered an item from Micromark and…

I ordered an item from Micromark and arrived DOA. I contacted them of the problem and they expected me to pay the freight to return. I contacted them again and told them again that it had arrived Dead on arrival. I heard back from them that they couldn’t find their order from me, even though they had the original invoice. Haven’t heard from them since.

They claim to answer within 48 hours…

They claim to answer within 48 hours more like 48 days if at all. I bought a pin insertion pliers from them and one of the tips on the plier jaws broke off.
Now almost three weeks later (21 days!!!) and 4 emails there has still been no response to my problem.
I included pictures of the broken item - nada!
Also my online account with Micro disappeared as well as any record of all my orders when they adopted their new site format

Bought a MicroLux Airbrush performed…

Bought a MicroLux Airbrush performed the first time I used it, but not the second. Had problems withe the trigger, let off, air compressor air would continue to flow out the nozzle. Tried contacting MicroMark Tech support no one answers, left voice messages, sent email, no response. Finally, talked to sales and got a manger. Manager told me to send it in. I sent it in got it back within a week I received it back with paper work telling me the item is on back order and a new one is going to be sent. No where on the paper work did it say the item was fixed. Waited a month 1/2 and called. Got the run around, the person I talked to said he talked to the tech and item was fixed. He told me to try it, and if there is still a problem, give a call back and they will send me a new one. I tried it and it was still not working properly. Called back, talked to someone else, explained the everything again, he intern gave me the run around, did not want to honor what the last gentleman had told me, was going to put me through to a manager, and of course he hung up.
MicroMark does not want to honor the warranty of products that have their name on it.

Ordered an item in February

Ordered an item in February. Within 2 hours of ordering I emailed them to cancel order, since I ordered wrong item. Never heard back, so assumed order was canceled. Received said order first week of November. Immediately returned it, paying 30 dollars for shipping and a signature on arrival. No reply back or proof of signature. Finally got refunded today 20 dollars less than what I paid. It should not cost me 50 dollars to send something back that I cancelled the same day. Highly discourage ordering anything from this company.

Too many items out of stock

Too many items out of stock. Even worse when they have promo codes. Even more frustrating is when you go to check out and you get a message saying one or more items (quanites) can not be filled. What and which one they don't you. Ended up canceling the order and will look elsewhere.

Thanks for my last order from you. Bought a $70 switch for $20. Advertised as a blowout deal. Selling for $15.00 on Amazon. I dont like being lied too through a suggested price. Your shipping costs are too high for your prices. Have a good day.

Don't count on them!!

On order N1482906 I selected next day air. This was on a Tuesday, late in the day, so I knew it wouldn't go out until Wednesday. I paid $97 for next day air shipping. Someone at their company changed it to 2 day air., REALLY putting me in a bind!

table saw accessory

For many years I have been using the miniature table saw sold by this company I am very satisfied with the table saw and its accuracy in building model boats etc Recently I purchased the newly advertised accessory that allows angle cuts . This units has one huge problem the guide slides are made of wood (and does accurately fit the steel runner rails on the saw) Also I wonder how the wood will lose accuracy rubbing against the saw guides I doubt it will last one model building project the material is cheaply put together and is in no way worth a total of nearly $40 Frankly I could have constructed the item for probably $3 worth of material This is not the quality I would expect from MICRO MARK

Really bad experience with MicroMarkTools customer service

I needed a tool that would give me an accurate miter for a project I was working on. I found a small sort of dinky tool online but it was priced right  so I decided to try it. I got this tool plus 9.95 shipping, for 28.97, but it was only part of the tool. I had to buy two more parts in order to use it. I felt I had not choice but to buy the rest of it. So I spent another 10.95 for the handle and 16.95 for the blades plus another 9.95 for shipping. Making the price another 40.75 added to the 28.97 I first spent. Now I'm into it for a total of $69.72. When I got it on 12/15 I was so angry I can't put it into words. It is the worse tool I've ever used previously. The blade is too big to fit into the slots. It is nothing but a real dud. And I paid so much for it I could have bought a power miter cut off saw but my problems had only began.
I contacted customer service and complained bitterly about the quality of this tool and the inflated price I paid for it. I told them that I wanted to return it and get a better tool with the refund I should have coming. They told me that they could not follow through with an exchange until the return had been received by them. UPS picked up the return on 12/16. It is now 12/30 so I contacted them again and was told that they may have received it but it had not been processed so I'm still waiting for a miter tool that I can use. I'm so upset about this and having so much money tied up in it. I would like to order another tool but then I have to wait for them to refund my money and it will not even cover a new decent tool. I'm so burned by them.

This rating is strictly for their…shipping

This rating is strictly for their shipping process. I ordered an item and was given the following shipping options: Standard Shipping $8.95, UPS 2nd Day Air®$64.16, UPS Next Day Air®$75.20. Of course I picked Standard because the other two options are outrageous! Unfortunately, Standard Shipping became FedEx, which is by far the worst shipping company. I ordered it 6 days ago, was supposed to get it yesterday. When I checked the tracking recently, it was somewhere in Kansas. In fact it took a whole day for the package to go 100 miles. And then is no expected arrival date now. Why doesn't Micro-Mark give an option for USPS. They're certainly faster, cheaper, and more dependable than FedEx!

Worst Vendor Ever

I'm an exhibits coordinator for a museum. I have unfortunately been using MicroMark for 20+ years from when I started as a tech.
Somehow there is always a problem. Shipping methods and web fulfillment from the horse-and-buggy era is the biggest problem, but the customer service is terrible in trying to get anything fixed.
We literally get parts from Japan faster (and more accurate).
We had almost every MicroLux tool in-house- and switched to Proxxon (same thing) due to the ineptitude of getting stuff from MicroMark. It's almost a joke in production meetings, and Payable has to always fix something wrong with an order or mystery shipping costs.

Good and Bad relationship…

I have had good and bad relationship with MicroMark. Yes, their website is difficult and very sales pushy... The product quality is OK. They do have unique items hard to find elsewhere. Their shipping sucks... my gauge order that was suppose to arrive yesterday... is still 2300 miles east of my location. FedEx -when we get around to it shipping- has often taken 3-4 weeks for delivery.
Msg to MicroMark, let the customer pick the best shipping as the customer pays for it anyway. Let me pick USPS Priority Mail which is still funny as they list 2-day service... but normally takes 4-5 days to arrive. FedEx cheapo shipping has had my ordering often sitting for 3-4 days in the same location. Msg to MicroMark, shipping is a major part of YOUR business success or failure. Choice wisely... Screw the customer, loose that customer.

Micromark delivers

Micromark delivers.
I received my order in 4 days and it came packed carefully in another box.
Customer service emailed me to warn me that I (accident, my fault) selected a item on back order. I didn't have to worry about my credit card, they didn't hit the card because the item was back order. I think you can trust these guys, the company is in NJ, USA.

Consistently incorrect order, or shipment

They have unique, hard-to-find stuff, but the web search is TERRIBLE, and they mess up orders EVERY TIME. 90% of the time, a part is not listed, buried in the wrong category, or absent from any fathomable search method (by part # or identifying name), and I have to call customer service, who then promptly mails it to the wrong person. Yes, this really happened. If I can find it someplace else, I'll get it ANYWHERE before I rely on MicroMark.

Update: Spoke to customer service, I got an email a day later with my order details, with the SLOWEST POSSIBLE SHIPPING. Note: when appeasing a customer due to YOUR incompetence, at least send it overnight. I'm already a week late. Yeesh! And the Customer Service lady said she'd been there 20 years- maybe THATS your problem!

I wrote a poor review on Micro Mark but want to say that they came through and made things right. Apparently, some other entity got a hold of my order and sent me unrelated useless materials. When I told Micro Mark they immediately shipped the correct item to me. I will order from them again!
