I had the pleasure of taking my Mum for her new scooter, fantastic service & Julia was wonderful with Mum, advising which scooter would be best for her. Delivery service also. Many thanks from myself & Mum to Julia and Millercare.

UPDATE: After checking my dad's documents the chair took 9 weeks to arrive (we were told 6 weeks)
Ordered 25th September 2025, delivered 1st December 2025, dad died on the 22nd February 2026 so only had it 11 weeks
I wasn't there when the rep came, neither was my sister
They sold my terminally I'll dad in palliative care a £2,000 rise and recliner and then took a £1,000 deposit
It took 9 weeks to come and we weren't updated in any way regarding delivery of the chair
The chair was meant to be a pressure relieving chair but he ended up with more pressure sores
Dad passed away on 22nd Feb 2026
Avoid this disgusting, awful company who's reps are clearly on commission

I needed to by a stoller, and the care and concern of the staff was exemplary. Buying a walking aid is not the happiest of purchases, and Millercare go out of their way to make the experiance as dignified as possible.

I took my mother into Millercare in Manchester, as she wanted a wheelchair and a walker. We were served by Tony, who could not have been more helpful and friendly. He was very patient with my mother, and gave her all the time she needed.
100% happy, would recommend them to anyone.

The staff at Millercare in Breightmet, Bolton were extremely helpful and knowledgeable when we visited today. Joanne went above and beyond to help us and we left feeling happy and confident. As a carer I have dealt with Millercare before and would happily reccommend them.

I visited the Banks Millercare and the lady was so helpful, told her what i needed, showed her pictures and she just new which one would be more suitable for me. I had a test run and fall in love with my scooter except for the colour but they had it a lovey blue. The shop was clean and very tidy. The lady and young lad that came to the house were lovely very polite and explained everything clearly to me. Im so glad I chose Millercare for my mobility scooter.

Even though Richard was with other customers I was greeted and invited to wait and okayed to look around.
Richard was very helpful showing me the products I had gone to buy and very thorough in his explanations of differences between similar items.
I came away feeling that I had got the best product that best met my father's needs.
Having seen the range of available mobility and independent living products supplied by Millers I shall definitely be visiting the Blackpool Shop again or but online.

We first went to the store on Crabtree street Della was wonderful showing us all the recliners, but she hadn’t got the 4 motor ones. We went to the shop in Oswaldtwistle where they have a good range everyone in that store was so helpful and we purchased two chairs and our friend with us purchased the same one. Delivery was brilliant the lads couldn’t have been more careful and helpful couldn’t praise the company enough.

Miller Care transported my electric bed from old house to my new house as it needed being taken apart and they had engineers to deal with it.
I initially had issues with the set up of it and after reporting it their Service Manager Neil addressed it immediately and resolved my issues very quickly.
Much appreciated
