I cannot recommend this company highly enough, especially John.
He came out multiple times with power wheelchairs for me to try, all at no cost, even though he wasn't local.
Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he was incredibly patient never pushy throughout the process. I wholeheartedly recommend him. and Miller's thank you so much!

These lovely ladies helped me to get out of a Terrible Situation. I travelled up North to visit my Mum and take my Daughter to a Music Concert whilst there. Unfortunately before I travelled up my Chair broke down ?
So when I arrived I had no Chair to use ? My Mum rang the Shop to ask if they had any Electric Chairs to suit my Needs that are available to buy and take immediately? They got 4 chairs charged and ready to go !
We were successful and I came away with a Chair that suited all my needs. These Ladies gave us such good advice and really listened to. We can’t thank them enough for turning an upsetting situation into a Happy Outcome !
So thanks Ladies , I highly reccomend you ! X

Arranged for my wife's stairlift to be serviced by Millercare Bury. The chair was working OK but was advised a wire was not functioning properly and would not be able to do the service which we had paid for upfront. Was quoted £85 to replace the wire and the service would be carried out at the same time, we told them to go ahead. Three weeks later I was told the new part would cost £254 which had to be paid now, making a total of £369. We agreed to this only to find out that the part was not yet ordered and had to be paid for before they went ahead. That's six weeks after the original service was ordered. We then decided that in view of the terrible and unreliable customer service provided we would take our custom elsewhere, losing the original service charge of £115.
The above problem has now been resolved to our mutual satisfaction thanks to Neil at customer services. We can now thankfully continue our long relationship with Millercare who in the past have served us well.

We have come from Bedfordshire to visit Blackpool for the illuminations with family and I have forgotten my key for my mobility scooter. Being on crutches and disabled this would have been a disaster, but I reached out to Dot at Millercare Blackpool and the customer care I received was outstanding. She managed to find me a replacement key and I cannot thank her enough for saving my day.

We shopped for several items for my mum at Miller care Heywood. I cannot thank Julia enough for her help and kindness while she advised us on what products would help. She also went above and beyond tracking down an item we needed at another store and having it delivered to the Heywood branch for my mum to see.

I am a permanent crutches user , I found it difficult to find ferrules for the ends . I nipped in the millercare shop today, and spoke to Julia. She was so very helpful and got me the correct size first time for my crutches . She was so polite and we had a lovely chat. I sometimes have slight anxiety in shops I don’t visit regularly, but could honestly say I could go to that shop alone knowing Julia was withered to help ! Thank you!!

Julia was absolutely excellent – warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. We had a lovely chat, and she even offered me a cup of tea, which was such a thoughtful touch. She took the time to listen and recommended the right incontinence products with genuine care and understanding. Her warm and sympathetic manner made all the difference. Please do pass on my sincere thanks. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in the area!

I took my dad to Millercare on Preston New Road in Blackpool for a mobility scooter. The staff were all brilliant, especially Ritu who was so kind and patient with Dad. Ritu and Rick delivered the scooter this morning and were really hepful. Dad is thrilled with his scooter and it was a great price too. I wholehearedly recommend this business, thank you.

First time using the service. I wanted to chair to have a service before I go away. Dan rang to tell me when he would arrive and was right on time. I had a couple of niggly items I wanted him to have a look at. Both completed in about a minute. The service was completed with no fuss and he kindly took a picture of the serial number for me.
Friendly service with no fuss. Knowledgeable when answering the questions I had, leaving me with peaceofmind. I'll definitely be using them again.
Cheers Dan and thanks to Miller Care.
