FRAUD. This business is a SCAM. Stay away!

I ordered a keyboard and mouse online from these people in May 2020. Today is 12th of January 2021. I never received the goods. Of course, I emailed them numerous times, and not a single response from them. These people at Minty Melons are thieves, set up to steal your money. Stay away! Whom can I report this to, so that the regulators can shut them down for good and the directors of the company sued and fined?

Would give zero if I could! Ordered something on the 2nd of May (a paint by numbers) and it’s still not arrived. Contacted them 7 times for a refund, they just reply saying it’s been resent and to contact them if I want a refund.. which I do then never hear back. Disgraceful service. Scam company.

Avoid like the plague!

Ordered a set of canvas' for £30 - received a set of canvas prints that I have seen advertised online for £9.99. Although the seller is based in Liverpool my order was delivered from China so I can only assume that this is how they do their business - you order from their 'UK' website, they purchase your order at a fraction of the cost from an overseas website and pocket a huge profit. Fortunately I paid through PayPal so a whole month later I have finally received a refund but communicating with this seller was like pulling teeth. My advise? Save your money - have a look on wish.com and you'll probably find the same thing your looking for at a 3rd of the cost! Absolute con artists!

ZERO!!!!!!! MINTYMELONS.CO.UK - SCAMMERS

ZERO!!!!!!!

Despite constantly emaling and telephoning this company, Minty Melons.co.uk regarding my order placed and paid for 2nd October 2020 I still am being given conflicting information!?

One minute told order from abroad???
' what's that all about?'
I was led to believe when placing my order that I was ordering from a UK based company!
Is in transit.
No tracking number.
Contacted them twice. Finally emailed a tracking number.
Guess what? tracking number invalid.
Contacted them again and again by email.
Still not resolved!!!
This is obviously yet another SCAM OF A COMPANY.
WELL THIEVES AND PEOPLE WITH ABSOLUTELY NO SCRUPLES. SCAMMING AND ROBBING PEOPLE DURING THIS AWFUL PANDEMIC.

STAY CLEAR!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE THIEVES AND IT IS A SCAM.

A friend of mine who is a journalist is now investigating this company, Mintymelons.co.uk,
along with other scams operating at this present time. I have also contacted Trading Standards and passed on all information for them to investigate this fraudulent company.

Not trustworthy. Sent a bad version of what I ordered

I ordered from this site a year ago and albeit slow I got what I wanted and was pleased. Thought I could trust them again to send what I ordered.
I got a very bad version of what was advertised on the site. I ordered a phone case with a 'pop socket' type handle and lanyard. What I got was a badly printed flat version of this. No socket. Not an expensive item but the principle of the matter. I will never order from this site again. Hello, so many other sites peddling similar things. Customer service should be king. They keep on offering me a percentage back but paying 70% for rubbish...is still rubbish. What am I meant to do with it? Bin. Money burned. Go elsewhere.

Really rude poor service

Really rude poor service. Note run from a small house in Liverpool.
Advertised as UK, however all they do is order from China as a go between for you. They lie about tracking stating false dispatch days. They make up a rubbish complaint ticket and answer from a laptop in this tiny house. After checking tracking my package failed to leave China. When asked for a true reflection of delivery, I'm ignored. THIS COMPANY EVEN LIE ON THE EMAILS WITH COVID RUBBISH. I bet they're happy they can use this as an excuse for failed deliveries. REMEMBER IT'S RUN FROM A TINY HOUSE IN LIVERPOOL WITH A GROTTY OLD JAG Outside. AVOID AVOID AVOID. I will be claiming my money back due to erroneous pretenses!!

Don't bother

Don't bother ordering. I ordered a phone case on 7th April, specifically from a UK seller so that it would be delivered quicker. 6 weeks later and no sign, I opened a case with their customer service team. I wrote 3 separate messages severl weeks apart and none were responded to, and still haven't been to this day. I opened a case with PayPal in the end at the end of May and got a full refund. Ironically, the phone case turned up today, 26th September! 24 weeks after ordering. It came from Singapore...UK seller eh? Whatever. Avoid this company and support local businesses and UK sellers - lesson learnt!

Amazed, excellent response from their customer services but wouldn’t order again.

Ordered two T shirts and after seven weeks had not heard anything about them being dispatched. After reading the reviews didn’t expect any response from their customer services. I raised a ticket on their website and was amazed when I received a response the next day saying my items had been lost in the post. They offered to resend or a refund. Accepted a refund and again was amazed when it appeared in my PayPal account within two days. I would not use them again, as I don’t like their market place setup not knowing who the actual supplier will be and where they are based, but gave the two stars in view of my experience of their customer service.

A Scam!

If I could give zero I would. 35 days after ordering a Mandalorian Hoodie for a birthday gift... nothing. Called countless times. Eventually got cut off every time, not that I actually spoke to anyone. Also, I live within 10 miles of main office in Woolton Village. Went there. Does not exist. And 10 miles from their depot, which is a house on an estate in Chester. And again nothing. This is not a company. It is a SCAM.

Avoid avoid avoid

One of the worst companies I have dealt with, ordered wall stickers on 05th March they went over the 50 day promise and so issued a email to say they would refund us (after a lot of pestering on my part) We never got the refund. The communication was abysmal and when we tried to call no one ever answered. Avoid avoid avoid.
