Told them wanted to return for full refund & was given return address in China.

the liar company, before buying, says that the delivery will be between 3/5 days and it turns out that the goods are shipped from China and take more than two weeks

Purchased from this company thinking they were in the UK only to discover the items are shipped from China and although my item was received quite quickly it is just cheap rubbish that I could have purchased from China myself for less than a quarter of the price they were charging!!

Ordered from them nearly two months ago, called them up twice to ask for tracking information, which I never got sent, then when I did I tried to track and said the item was delivered in Leicester no where near my address as I live in Cornwall. They are an awful company and website do no use!!! They also have a bad customer service and I believe they are scamming people so beware.

Terrible experience I've waited from the 5th of February for my order i emailed to enquire where it was to be told the order went missing and my order would be another 2 to 3 weeks and was given the option to wait or get a refund that would take 10+ days to show in my account. And even though it states on the website if you have to wait 40+ days for delivery you get a refund and your order would still be sent after mentioning this i just recieved an email saying we have sent your refund goodbye. Terrible service and experience.

I ordered an received a baby neck ring for mg little girl in the bath, I used it a handful of times however the last time I used it the back clip broke and my daughter fell through the back of the ring under the water!

Luckily I do not take my eyes off her for a spilt second and I keep my hands in the water at all times so I was able to grab her straight away and knew what to do!

This was a very cheaply made product and was very dangerous!!

WDF AVOID they are not UK but HongKong so if you want to wait for about a month for inferior quality T shirt , and the wrong size go ahead like i did go ahead , don't expect any proper customer service .I bought a Marshall T-shirt and instead of the Logo being in white as it should be its greyish , just looks cheap and nasty. Pay a bit extra and get a proper item not a knock off.Total crap.

Absolute total disregard for the customer, communication (which is non existent on their part). Dreadful, dreadful and more dreadful. Total disappointment of product, posting and nobody wants to resolve your issues.
I would not recommend them whatsoever!

As everyone else says - absolute rubbish!! Their page stated they had good reviews, so I thought that it was legit. Definitely not! First of all, I ordered a phone case, but never received a confirmation email, so I forgot I'd ordered it and ordered one from another place instead. Anyway, I finally found the confirmation email along with 5 or 6 other random emails in my junk mail folder 2 weeks later! I raised a ticket to ask why it was taking so long and that I no longer needed the case and they sent about 5 more emails just to tell me ticket had been raised and then closed and then another that it was already shipped and couldn't be cancelled. I've now requested a return, but they are sending the same damn email about gaming already shipped and that I can't cancel! Ahead, I'm fed up!

Absolute awful experience, avoid! I ordered a wall art decoration that seemed really nice, and made sure to order via PayPal so can qualify for return if not satisfied with my order. Sure enough, the order arrived and it was of very poor quality. I asked to return the item and get a refund, but although my request was acknowledged they never responded with return instructions. I chased them up a number of times but they are still not responding. Do not believe the reviews in their website...they most likely are purging any honest reviews.

Utter rubbish. Placed an order for a phone case (as present for sons birthday) which has now been & gone. I was expecting the order in a few days. It did not state anywhere it was coming from China. Still waiting. Awful communication. Avoid this company at all costs.

I usually read reviews on trustpilot before I buy from somebody I had never bought before. This time I simply thought they were a legitimate business that I can trust that will deliver. I ordered a bath neck support for my little girl on 12th January and a month later it still hasn't arrived. I must've phoned them at least 3 times to here "it will be delivered this week". Apparently I have to wait a month before claiming a refund. Ridiculous and pathetic!
What an awful company. Will never ever buy again from them!

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY unless you have the constitution of a rottweiler. I have generously given one star only because today I finally got a full refund for goods returned AND for goods that still haven't arrived. Like others I felt safe ordering from this company as it has a cheshire based UK customer service and was offering free returns if you bought with paypal.
NEVER AGAIN. I ordered goods on 9th December for xmas presents and part of the order arrived three days before and were poor quality for the price. I could have paid about 75% less in Primark. It is extremely difficult to return goods even when paying through paypal. And be warned paypal only cover you up to £15.... it cost me £22 to return 3 light weight tops. (Hence it still cost me £7.00)This was after several phonecalls and I had to take photos of goods plus the packaging and tracked receipt. Extremely time consuming.
On their website they offer a 45 day no quibble guarantee that if goods have not arrived you will get a full refund and get to keep goods when they arrive. This does not tally with their customer service web help desk that states 30 days. I pointed this out at day 30 day 32 34 etc etc. Numerous calls and an aggressive customer service attitude that tried suggesting that I was being unreasonable to ask for a refund as the goods would be with me in 2 days.. .then told 72 hours etc. etc. They had the cheek to say how much it would cost THEM if I returned the goods...and tried offering me 40% off.....for goods I didn't want due to poor quality and had a right to return according to their website. They also mentioned their plight in helping the NHS with delivering PPE... hence the delays. As a nurse in said NHS all I can say is God help us nurses because if their standards are anything to go by protection will also be 1 star.
I perserved by emailing every few days and calling twice a week and stuck to my guns and on principal would not give in.
Massive lesson learnt and I should have checked reviews on here first NOT on their own website. Day 48 and the remaining part of order ( a gift for my mum for Christmas) still hasn't arrived. IF the remaining goods eventually arrive I will donate them to charity...however I fear that just may be an insult to the charity.

I will never ever buy from Minty Melons again, I bought a jacket paid by PayPal as they offered Free returns if paid this way.
At no time did it say goods coming from China! Got the jacket and was awful cheap, and far too small. Wanted to return and what a hassle! To be told it had to go back to China costing £16.40!! PayPal would only refund £15 so misrepresentation saying FREE returns.
Once returned I had to phone numerous times only to speak to aggressive personnel who just talked over you. In the end they promised my refund would be 72 hrs and I had confirmation email. 1 week later still no money, so another phone call and then eventually got my money back, but I feel sure had I not been so persistent I would not have got my money back. I am sure it was because I said I would go to the resolution PayPal. I honestly feel sorry for those not going through PayPal as who can afford £16.40 postage!! This company is awful, liars and they should not be trading!! Also should state goods from China not UK!!!! I really wish I had read the reviews before buying.

Order placed on 27th November, still not arrived despite contacting them several times.

Shocking, Shocking, Shocking. Ordered a toy and it arrived after chasing, chasing chasing, and it was like something you would win at a fairground. Tried to return it and they are replying to my requests. Do Not buy anything from this company. Awful!

I ordered items on 20/12/2020 and I was told it would take a while to arrive. I only just discovered that the shipment was cancelled some weeks ago but they didn't bother to inform me about this as they had no intention to. When I asked them about it they weren't bothered. They're a bunch of thieves trying to con decent people out of their hard earned money. The worst company in this country by a mile. Do not trust them, do not shop with them, you'll pay for nothing and they'll do their best to keep your money!

Product ordered before Christmas implying pre-Christmas delivery but delivery date in January confirmed as soon as item purchased. Unable to cancel. They have said I have to spend £25 to return the £19 product to China and they will refund. Sounds implausible but they are not responding to my requests that this will actually happen.
Very annoying, I don't trust them one inch.

Got my parcel today took some time but great quality really satisfied

Not the fastest to deliver but good customers service, over all good experience, ill be coming back for more,
