I paid for a gift for my grandson on 6th August. I have not been given a delivery date despite trying constantly to contact them.

Update. I have been to the sorting office to collect my order. It was advertised as a Lightning McQueen truck. The marketing photo gave the impression of it being a decent size and for almost £34, I assumed it would be. Well it’s slightly bigger than a pencil, and very poor quality. There is no way I am giving this as a (very late) birthday present. This company is a joke. Please, please do not use them.

Waited 4 months, was promised a full refund. Week later was told I can only get 40%.

SCAM! made an order 3 months ago which was never sent.

Tracking is a joke and just repeatedly says its at the sorting office.

Incredibly difficult to contact them.

Just hoping I get my money back and they get closed down so they can't scam anyone else.

Be prepared to lose you money.
If the product is good then there's no problem, if however, its not great quality and you try to get a refund, good luck.
I ordered 2 posters - both came from China and were very poor quality. The resolution was poor but also, the posters weren't even cut out properly - there was edging around the outside.
I tried to follow their return and refund procedure with no response - i phoned and sent emails and still no response. I eventually raised disputes through paypal and sent both items back to minty melons.
Despite sending both items back recorded delivery (which cost more money but i didn't trust Minty Melons) i have only received a refund for 1 of the items and have had no further communication from Minty Melons.
I definitely wont be using them again and i would urge people to be very careful regarding what you order - if there is a chance it wouldn't be the quality you expect then say goodbye to your money as Minty Melons will keep it. If I did that to somebody it would be called fraud and theft.

Ridiculous. Ordered a canvas print, only thing is it cannot be mounted.

Not interested in resolving.

As per everyone else, avoid like the plague.

Placed order for £20 item in March, 2020. Only communication from company (using trading name 'Minty Melons') was in late March, claiming that product had been stopped at Customs and I would receive a refund shortly.
No refund yet (31 July 2020) and company difficult to contact. Emails are met with automated response.
Only possible explanations are scam or rank incompetence. Do not use this company.

do not use I would say ordered placed beginning of May never delivered got lost very complicated. barely got my money back after 20 days customer service agent very rude.

This is a scam company and will just take your money and count on you not disputing it with PayPal. Please don't buy anything from here, they will not send you your goods but will be happy to take your money. I am only grateful that PayPal are good enough to refund me the money I mistakenly spent on this lying business!!!

Steer clear, still waiting for order to arrive nearly 3 months. I did receive a tracking number, last updated saying shipment had left China on 4th May. I can only assume that the ship sunk as it's now 20th July. The companies help service said there were delays due to C19, which is a fair point, but I can only be so patient. Maybe the cargo ship was more like a rowing boat being rowed by a one armed sailor? Either way I would suggest not buying anything from this company.

Placed an order on the 11th June , no tracking information, no updates as to where my order was or when I may receive. I had to contact them myself, they used the current pandemic as an excuse for their tardiness and offered me a refund or to wait another 2-3 weeks for my order. It is something I need so will wait an see if they come through this time. Needless to say waiting over 2 months for any order is ridiculous. About the only thing they are good at is taking your money quickly.
I will not being using or recommending this ‘company’ to anyone.

Seemed friendly and efficient service for ordering and confirmation. Accept and understand that orders taking longer under current circumstance. Received item and discovered it is totally wrong - order a fire truck and received a farm vehicle. Contacted customer service and was asked to provide photos which I did same day, with one of item that was ordered and one of item received. No response since. Complete waste of time, service is abysmall - not even an apology or confirmation that the matter is being looked into. Will not use again and seems impossible to get my money back for something that is not my fault. No compensation for lack of birthday present either! Avoid at all costs.

I placed my order 3 months ago and I'm still waiting! No response to any queries raised with them. Pose as UK based company yet seem to ship all stock from China. Total scam, do not use them.

Ordered an item on 12 May and still nothing over 2 months later. Tried emailing and raising a ticket and not had any reply. Had to resort to raising it with PayPal to get my money back.
Please avoid this company, they advertise as UK based then send shipping info for China, but you still don't get the goods

I only wish I had read the warnings about this company before I purchased an item. I ordered in early May having been mislead into thinking this was a UK based company (in Warrington) - it was a gift for a birthday in May - and when it still hadn't arrived after a few weeks I tracked the order only to find it was coming through China ! Upon contacting Minty Melons, they just raise a ticket, close it straight away and feed you lots of excuses (mainly Covid related such as they have high demand for PPA for NHS...utter nonsense). They even create an account for you, more than once, but to be honest, having not received my first order after all this time I most certainly will NOT be using them again. I'm beginning to think I have been scammed and can only warn others not to have to go through the same. I will be contacting trading standards

Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered! If it was possible they wouldn't get any stars! I placed my order in May, did not get any shipping information, after 3wks and no sign of my order, I tried to contact them via email, got a 'ticket' saying they would be in touch. No such luck, left it for another 2wks, tried again same result it has now been 2 months. Can't get them on the phone, They are obviously con artistes. How are they getting away with this!?

It’s been 39 days since my order said it shipped and 44 days since I’ve placed my order and I haven’t received anything. I emailed them once after a few weeks, and they just said wait a few more days. I emailed them again a week ago asking for a refund and heard nothing. They are clearly a scam!

SCAM COMPANY - BEWARE do not give them your money they do not send you your purchase.

My one and only experience of this company has been shocking. 3 items ordered mid April, 1 arrived end of June, the other in July. 1 hasn’t arrived at all. Countless calls to the company about delivery and now about refund. Refund promised, and promised again, still no refund arrived after 3 weeks, promised within 3 days on the last call. Poor quality of the 2 items received, all shipped from China. Be aware UK registered business but appears to have goods shipped from China. No response to any emails. My advice is DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered a kindle cover on the 16th May which I have still not received. The first contact us ticket raised with them they closed the enquiry before answering the query. I opened another query and they responded that I would receive the item by the 29th June. As it got to within a few days of that date, they then changed the expected delivery date to the middle of July on the tracking system. When you go on the tracking system the item is apparently still in China and has been since the beginning of June. I have opened 2 more queries with them to which I have had no response. Disgusting delivery times and disgusting customer service. Would never order from these again and still don’t know whether I am ever going to receive my kindle cover.
