I ordered a "paint by numbers" kit for…

I ordered a "paint by numbers" kit for my sons birthday at the end of April. I only ordered from this site, as it said it would arrive within 5 days.

It is now 9th of July and still nothing. Their customer service is non-existant!

I just get fobbed off whenever i contact them.

No communication but item eventually arrived

I ordered a toy for my sons 5th birthday and they had the perfect thing that I couldn’t find anywhere else, at a good price. The website looked a bit rum so I searched for some company reviews before I ordered to give me some peace of mind that it was legitimate. I found some, but I’d not seen these trust pilot ones... and when I did I was pretty sure I’d been scammed.

They took the PayPal payment and I heard nothing. For weeks. Then I raised a dispute on PayPal . Still heard nothing.

Randomly , out of the blue, one month later the product actually arrived! I had written off ever seeing anything to be honest . It had missed the birthday but at least I received it eventually.

The post marks were from China, I don’t think their crappy website makes that obvious. I tend to avoid China based online shopping as delivery takes ages. So it’s sneaky they find that. But, if you have placed an order, there’s a chance you will receive your goods eventually... just don’t expect any communication from them.

I won’t risk using them again to be safe.

I ordered painting by numbers beginning…

I ordered painting by numbers beginning of APRIL for my brothers birthday which was May. Here we are now 8th July and still not delivered.
I’ve contacted them FOUR times, was told 6th June I would get a response in 48 hours. Surprise surprise, nothing. I’ve now requested a full refund from this poor company overpriced company.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Have been waiting on an order since the…

Have been waiting on an order since the start of April tried to contact company no joy there till 3 weeks ago they said my delivery was lost and they would re-order I told them not to bother as i got the goods elsewhere just to refund my money they said it would be in my bank in 2-3 working days 3 weeks later still waiting contacted them again was told the same thing I dont think this is real company I think it's a scam avoid at all cost it's a total RIP off they should be reported I am going to contact trading standards.

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs! Bought item with a 5 day delivery timescale, 5 weeks later and it's still not here. Left 3 messages for customer service and no response. Rang today to be told the 5 day delivery is really 5 days until it's dispatched from abroad, not 5 day delivery to customer. Was given a tracking number and told it was nearly in the UK. When I looked the tracking number up is said it hadn't been dispatched yet. More lies. Don't waste your money.

Avoid using this company

Avoid using this company, if could give 0 stars would have. Absolute joke, ordered something at the beginning of April which I have still not received. Have emailed several times, every time a ticket gets raised & you think ‘great they’ve responded’ & then they send you an email to say your issue has been rectified when it clearly hasn’t! Now waiting for PayPal to sort it out, really irritating & the sort of company that gives buying online a bad name.

Only given one star because no stars…

Only given one star because no stars was not an option.
Absolutely useless - ordered on 4th May and advised a 3 to 7 day delivery time. Order arrived on 4th July and was incorrect when it did arrive.
Never get any response from emails and no one picks up the phone in the call centre.
Will most likely not see our money back for this item.
Do not use them.

Awful!

Ordered on 3rd May and now on 3rd July. No items and no response from Mintymelons. Terrible service. Item bought for a birthday present which has long gone. Had to repurchase the item elsewhere. Website boldly states Royal Mail delivery. I ordered 5 weeks before the gift was needed so thought this was plenty of time for delivery. Turns out the items come from China so only Royal Mail for the last leg of the journey. This is not made clear in the website. Can’t even track the delivery anymore as he tracking website only tracks for 50 days. Heaven knows where my item is?! Requested a refund weeks ago as again the website states that if your item is not with you in 30 days you get a refund but no response and no refund. Would never buy from this company again.

Do NOT use Minty Melon

I bought an item for my son on 10th May. 'Apparently' it was dispatched soon after, however we are now 3rd July and still no sign of it. The tracking is useless too. They took my money quick enough though. Do not use Minty Melon.

CON ARTISTS

do not buy from this company. Ordered 1st May, sent false tracking saying it left China on 8th. It never arrived, and on the occasions I got responses they kept saying it will be there in a few days. It's now 3rd July, and never arrived. Escalated via PayPal, they have not responded to them either so I should get a refund next week. NEVER USE THEM!!

STAY WELL AWAY!!!

Lockdown or not, it’s no excuse for ignoring customer enquiries for almost two months and counting. Could’ve been a great wee business but your lack of concern for your customers will be your downfall. I certainly won’t be buying anything from you again. Spent about £50 and couldn’t even get a simple reply, yet minty melons manages to update its google page with useless info. Off I go to trading standards. I’m a single mum and can’t afford to spend that amount of money on nothing. I use Laybuy to pay things in instalments as its easier to budget. That’s the type of people coming to your website from Laybuy, single parents, people who find it hard to save up and people on benefits. Laybuy is practically giving you free advertisement and it’s whole customer base and right now, you are abusing that privilege and ripping us all off. Start issuing refunds if you can’t manage your customers!!

Ordered in April not received yet (30.6.20). Only ordered as thought UK company. Kept emailing to be advised someone would respond in 48hours. Still waiting 20 days later. Rang and told them to refund - will see if money back in 4-5 days.

It was suppose to take 30 days to arrive it's now 29 June 2020 it's been 59 days .whenever you call them they keep saying wait for a few days. They don't reply to email.now when you phone you can only leave a message.they don't contact you back or email you back don't buy from minty melons .they steal your money then don't send you your goods.

HORRIFIC!

I received my order no issues however when it arrived it was not how I expected and I was extremely disappointed. The description of the product was very misleading and therefore I have wanted to return it and get a refund, however after many attempts at emailing them I have had no reply and while trying to call them, I have not been able to get through. I spent quite a lot of money which I now feel I won’t be able to get back. I’m extremely angry but more so annoyed that I couldn’t see that this company was not to be trusted. I do not recommend ordering from them and I would perhaps recommend AVOIDING them at all costs!

Do not order from them EVER

Order made on 12th April have sent emails and ‘tickets’ which I have had no response to. Had an email 5th June to say it was dispatched and still received nothing. What is most annoying is the fact that you get no response and once ordered apparently you cannot get a refund unless returned. Well you can’t return it if you never receive it. Absolutely appalling.

Company needs to be shut down.

Only rated it one star because you cannot select no stars!

The company trades under 'Wrongly Described Fruits Limited' and is directed by Michael Snell.

I have reported the company to trading standards at Liverpool Council, as this business quite clearly should not be operating. I would urge anyone who has has negative dealings with this company (which appears to be everyone) to report to Trading Standards.

Absolute jokers & scammers!!

Absolute jokers!! Do not be fooled by a picture of a customer services operator answering the phone; on their website; that in reality, does not happen!! Called several times, sent emails, had ‘tickets issued’ just like all the other reviews! Placed my order on 24th April & still nothing! Do NOT order from these people!
