I have waited almost 2 months for an item that I ordered as a gift. I understand that with covid etc everything has been delayed but have tried calling customer services to arrange a refund, emailed several times and ‘created a ticket’ on their website with no luck. Seems like they’re using covid as an excuse to rob you of your money.

Toy I received was poor quality & after checking other websites found Minty melons were charging £15 more for same thing. Requested refund via their website, no response. Following several requests which were ignored, I rang them. I was told I could keep the toy & get 50% refund. Not particularly happy with this,as I didn’t want the aforementioned poor quality item but as it wasn’t a lot of money I accepted. Needless to say despite several emails I have not received this refund. Do not shop with this company.

Ordered a paint by numbers on 12th April. Still hadn’t received in May 15th so complained and was told it was lost in transit. Hadn’t even had a shipping or dispatch email at this point. Was offered 20% discount and item reshipped and was informed would take 2-3weeks. It’s now been 5 weeks and still no sign! This was a birthday present for someone so I’m extremely disappointed with service. I have complained and had an email saying item will be refunded but nothing to say where the resent item is or what has happened and if I still will receive anything! Will not use this site again

1 star is too many.
Ordered my item 29 March. Not received it and they have stopped responding to requests for a refund.

I was worried for a bit as the painting / print took way to long to arrive. But after all hope had faded a very good print on canvas arrived today. Pleasantly surprised.

Wrong fruits/Minty melons Awful experience, I ordered an item on the 24/04/20 and still have not received it. I have rang and emailed multiple times with out an answer, I have requested a refund... it’s one thing that it might of been lost in transit but to be ignored and keep my money is horrendous!

Shocking. Avoid at all costs! Waiting for item since 1st May its now 22nd June over 8 weeks. Emailed 10 times rang nobody answers. Finally promised refund has that arrived? No. This is theft and they need reporting to Trading Standards.

Received faulty items, very difficult to get any response from customer service, I’ve been waiting over 2 months and have contacted them numerous times but the tickets are still being ‘processed’. Would avoid this site at all costs

SO I PLACED AN ORDER ON 16/05/20.

TODAY IS 21/06/20......NO PARCEL, NO RESPONSE TO EMAILS, NO REFUND!!!

DEFINITELY TAKING MY ISSUE HIGHER.......POSSIBLY OMBUDSMAN OR SOME SORT OF AUTHOURATIVE DEPARTMENT WHO CAN LOOK INTO AND DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE WHO TAKE YOUR MONEY THEN DISAPPEAR

Items hadn't arrived after 6 weeks. Raised a 'ticket' with them which was ignored for a further 2 weeks. Only got a refund after opening a PayPal case. Don't waste your time.

I understand times are difficult however I placed an order on 28th April and have emailed them three times as I have still not received it. They assigned me a ticket that said my email was being processed but I have not heard a human reply even once. I have requested a refund today and am very disappointed.

Like others wish I had seen the reviews on this site.
Goods ordered 8 the May still not arrived 20th June.
Generic reply to email. Got through on third attempt to call wanted a refund but was persuaded to wait a week. Not happy.

Honestly i wish i had looked up the reviews before buying!
This company is ran by theives!
No communication what so ever, ordered on the 17th of April and after numerous times of me contacting them and zero replies i finally gave up.
It states that this "company" is in the UK my pacakge came from china.
I spend £28 on what looked to be a big lorry and trailer from the film cars and what turned up is no bigger than my hand and clearly cost around £5.
In the process of contacting my bank to see if anything can be done.

Absolute terrible service is the only way to describe it, if I could award no stars I would. I placed an order for a phone case for my daughters birthday in May I placed the order 13th April, more than 30days prior to her birthday as it guaranteed delivery up to 30days and if not received by 50days full refund offered. Only item tracking information not updated since April 25th which it seems item was shipped by that date, contact email non existent you can only create new complaints, which takes weeks before being addressed, and only reply is a copy of the original invoice information being sent repeatedly. It has now been 68 days since I have placed the order, no reply addressing the issue of order whereabouts, no reply regarding my refund query, and no refund automatically issued.
I thought as the company seems to be UK based this would be an easier situation to deal with regards of order tracking and refunds should anything go wrong, sadly mistaken.

if I could give no stars I would have. Order placed in march. It is now June and no item and no response to emails inquiring about the whereabouts of my order. Now in the hands of PayPal for a refund.

I ordered an item in early April which still hasn’t arrived. No response to emails or queries through their online contact system. Got through on the phone on one occasion and was told item was on its way but tried again a couple of weeks later and no answer. Wish I had thought to check for reviews. Hoping PayPal can organise a refund
