My order hasn't been received despite supposedly being dispatched. I have attempted to contact many times to complain and request a refund but NOTHING. I feel like such a fool now and wish I had thought to check Trustpilot first. DO NOT USE THIS SITE.

So sad to see how everyone has had the same experience as me!!! I should’ve known Minty Melons was a scam company as their website looks like a 5 year old made it... I ordered a phone case in April which said it would come by 1st June latest, which I thought was understandable due to the current virus situation. However, the order didn’t arrive and has still not arrived - and will probably never arrive, especially now that I have read all of these reviews! Such an annoying scam... I didn’t lose out on too much money thankfully but still, that’s really bad and annoying and I feel for anyone who lost a load of money. I wish I checked out the authenticity of a company first... now I know to do that. I emailed them on the 5th June to which they replied that my inquiry has been ‘ticketed’ but there has been no actual response. Very frustrating!

If I could rate this company 0 stars I would. Worst company I’ve ever dealt with, DO NOT under any circumstance but from this company unless you want to loose your money

If there was a zero I would give that. I made an order on 30/4/20. It’s still not arrived. I’ve tried to call a few times and not got through. I finally got through this morning but the phone call was like pulling teeth. The guy on the other end wasn’t saying anything at all whilest he was looking into it. It was at the point 3 times where it was so quiet I thought I’d been cut off. I had to keep asking if he was still there. He asked me three times for my order number despite me saying I didn’t have it. He eventually found my order and all he said was it Is in transit and might be another week or so no real apology for how long it has taken. I’d never use these again

Purchased an item online on 28th March...Given the current situation I kept waiting...Its been 3 months, I've sent three emails and tried calling with no answer to ANY of them. Still hasn't arrived. AWFUL

I echo what others have written - do not buy from this company, their goods all come from China and are never delivered! Mine was 'lost in transit' when I claimed through Paypal!

I've ordered iteam on 22th May and still did not receive it... It says it's based in UK, but then You'll find out it's coming from China. I've sent to them 3 messages and no hearing. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM.

I'd give this no starts if I could - complete rip off. No sign of any goods in THREE MONTHS and no reply to either phone (rings out) or several emails. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE MONEY

I recently purchased a phone case from Minty Melons, however, when it arrived it was the wrong size. I emailed immediately and attached some photos to show the size difference. Over a week later, when I hadn't received a reply, I sent another email chasing up a response, this was over two weeks ago, and six weeks since I made the purchase, and I still haven't heard anything back. I have also tried calling on several occasions, only to be greeted by an automated system that then hangs up on you after a while. I would strongly advise against purchasing anything from Minty Melons.

Unfortunately I didn’t read these reviews before purchasing a gift for my little girl. 5 weeks on from order and nothing has arrived and I have a very upset daughter. I have even called twice to chase delivery and was told on both occasions that item will be delivered in next few days. Rubbish. Even tracking details they provided were fake. I have no option but to now contact my bank for them to reverse the transaction......

Same as everyone else. You place an order with them (UK company), they then order it from China for you. I could do this on ebay for half the price. I eventually received my item (but after the 30 days guarantee where they are supposed to refund me). No response yet re my refund. Bad name, bad company. AVOID!!!

I ordered an item from this company over a month ago and I still haven’t received it. Fake tracking information and will ignore all calls. There is no real help line and doesn’t state on the website that all items come from China! Avoid, avoid, AVOID!!!

Same as everyone else. It’s been 7 weeks since I ordered my item and it’s not arrived. Delivery dates changed. Tracking says ‘shipment cancelled’. Ordered because it said UK based company but after ordering found out the item is coming from China. Can’t get a response from the customer service.

LIKE MOST, I’VE BEEN “HAD” BY THIS COMPANY - MINTY MELONS!! WAITED SINCE APRIL AND NOTHING ARRIVED, (ITS NOW MID JUNE) THEY SAID ITS BEEN DELIVERED, IT HAS NOT, BUT MONEY HAS BEEN TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT. TOTAL SCAM COMPANY.

No customer service response after so many request through a ticket set up. Not had my delivery. Cant get refund when you cant get them to reply

Please dont order from here items never arrive, they never respond to complaints, total con trying to get the money back off my bank.... Con artists!!!

I ordered in April! Still haven't received the item. Sent a dozen emails! Called twice in May requesting a refund. Still no response! The reviews on their website are made up. It doesnt even allow you to add a review!
