Item ordered weeks ago, was told it had been dispatched and never arrived. Nobody answers emails or phone - which I assume is a fake line that doesn't go anywhere.

Not sure how it gets used 4 stars on Google. Wish I had looked on Trustpilot before ordering. Will never order again.

Same as everyone else here, no delivery, no response, website is misleading. Genuinely think this site is a con and should be reported to Trading Standards.

Ordered an item on April 19th, still not recieved. Called them numerous times, no one answers the phone. Emailed them no end of times and no response other than "we have recieved your email and will get back to you in up to 48hours" no one has got back to me! All I want is my order cancelled and full refund. It said when I ordered it, full refund if you don't receive your order in 30days, now changed it to 50days!! It's been 50days and still nothing. Do not use this website. It's a scam. Very disappointed!

I saw that the company were based in England so I thought brill that'll get here on time with the pandemic etc
That was the 29th April.
Still not recieved.
I had to chase for an order number and when I got that a week or so later I saw that it was arriving from China! The website did not state that it was coming from China it has some copy and paste remarks saying that shipping will be stated if coming from overseas.
It didn't.
The tracking is a load of crap.
My orders left China and then gone back and now nothings happened with it in 17 days.

The website did state if you don't receive orders within 30 days you'll get your money back.
Haven't heard about that either.

I've raised several times with the company and has no response so I have to esculated it PayPal and PayPal are awaiting a response and that was a week ago.

Calls itself Mintymelons UK, and has a UK address on the website, but I am still waiting for an expensive item ordered 6 weeks ago, and is obviously coming from China. I will never buy from these people again.

If only I could give less I would. Started off well and changed my order and were very helpful but they were making more money. That was the last I heard from them.
Delivery never arrived and all my emails are being ignored. Avoid this company as they are clearly incompetent and there to take your money without providing a service.
DO NOT USE THEM.

**Update** It looks like they have time to update their website but not contact their customers. Website now states that a full refund will be given if order isn't received within 50 days - sorry, but I bought my items when the policy was 30 days so I'll look forward to my refund.
Ordered 3 items on 17 May - I'd been hunting for a particular item and I found it here for the best price. I wish I'd read the reviews. To date I've received a confirmation email, another one stating I could no longer cancel my order yet NO tracking info from the seller, despite being told I'd get this within 5 days of my order. I've raised two tickets on their website a week apart from each other to give them a chance to repsond, and nothing. I have no idea where my items are coming from, and it looks like I'll never get them, or my money back.

Ordered on 6th April, item not received, emailed and advised ticket open and a response within 48 hours, this has not happened, really disappointed in this service and feel like I have been ripped off, wish I had looked on trust pilot before ordering, my paint by numbers was only cheap but it’s not the point, it doesn’t take 2 months for an order to arrive even from China, and to not receive a response is unacceptable

I’ve gave it one star. I ordered a product on 11th of April and have not received it yet. I emailed them a few times already and got no reply. They raised a ticket a week ago and still nothing hapened. This is not poor service due to Covid this is a scam!

Complained 20 days ago about a faulty item I received. It was nothing like the photo and arrived broken and falling apart.

When I spoke to the customer service representative, he assured me I would get a refund within 3-4 days. I've chased, spoken to him again, 20 days late, no return.

If they aren't a scam, they are just a poor excuse for a company - both their products and their service.

No refund after 4 emails, calls and web chats. Never received item even though have been sent a dispatch email but the package has never been sent.

I wish i could rate 0 stars! I purchased something in April and haven't received the item, even though I called and they re-sent the item - apparently!. Asked for a refund the second time I called, was told it would take up to 5 working days and received an email confirming it - it is now 9 days and still no refund. Sounds like from other reviews I've lost my money now! Waste of time. Do not purchase from this company or you'll have to deal with someone who doesn't seem to care when you call to complain, and just fobs you off with what you want to hear! Disappointed

I placed an order at the beginning of April. It shipped just over a week later, on the 13th April, and over 50 days from dispatch still hasn’t arrived. I have contacted them multiple times and have never received a response - one help ticket I opened on the website has been open for well over two weeks and has been completely ignored. The same happens with their chat function on the website. I’ve sent multiple messages and haven’t had a single response. I am down a fair amount of money and have been totally scammed. Avoid this company at all costs.

If there was no stars - that is what I would tick. Really disappointed from start to finish with this lot. Basically ordered a laptop cooler and it looked to me like the product was in the uk. After paying I was informed it was not, that I could not cancel and there would be a small delay in delivery.. Well it has been 2.5 months now, they dont answer the phone, they dont respond to emails. what is there to say other than to assume that they took my money and there is nothing I can do about it.

I am fuming.... If you thinking of ordering - do not. Ill pay you not to order.

Ordered an item on the 10th of may and still no sign of it. I tried contacting minty melons on their site and still no response (3rd June) they say it’s because of Covid yet I ordered an item that came from China that’s got here quicker. Waste of time.

I ordered a gym set in April and it still hasn’t arrived. I got in c intact with customer service in May and they said it had been shipped but it’s June and it hasn’t arrived. Very disappointed and upset I lost £30 😠.
