the first driver was late
the first driver was late, the sign had the wrong name and once he picked us up we had to stop and get gas. he was also rude to one of our party who was feeding her baby and told her no food in the car (The baby was crying)

Pickuo from airport was stressful as…
Transfer from airport was stressful as the vehicle was a taxi and smaller than the large vehicle ordered (paid extra for larger vehicle). Quite a squeeze. Driver was rather rude. We text the company/driver to let them know of tye unavoidable delays due to passport control. These security airport delays should be expected for UK travelers due to non EU and biometric scanners. We have young children and needed to go to the toilet and were told he would leave in 5 mins if we were not quick. Driver on the return was great but vehicle was very tired.

Booked through Booking.com. Flight was delayed, delay at the finger print scanners and luggage. Driver didn’t wait and left us stranded at the airport. Booking.com were great and booked us a taxi bus through Uber. Will never use Mister Transfer again sadly. There policy is to wait only 45 minutes after flight has landed, then they leave you stranded :-(

The driver was not there on arrival and we waited 45 mins before he arrived ! He said it wasn’t his fault? Poor service we would have been quicker catching the bus ! I was just ringing when he turned up bad start to our holiday 😳😱

Via Booking.com we reserved the transfer from PMI to the Hotel in Palma de Mallorca.
Reservation was ok.
The data, meeting place, driver, car etc. were very good and punctual.

Outstanding Service from Start to Finish
We were very satisfied with the service. We used this company for transfers from the airport to the hotel and back from the hotel to the airport. Both drivers arrived on time, were polite and professional, and drove carefully. The vehicles were clean, comfortable, and equipped with air conditioning. Everything went smoothly, and the whole experience was excellent. Highly recommended!
