Beware of this company as I booked a taxi transfer last year and was charged a subscription charge of £25 on top of my booking and I’m still getting £25 transactions taken out my account for a subscription that I advised them to cancel last year, I was not aware of signing up to a subscription. Please be aware of this company when booking

NO SEAT BELTS FITTED IN A VERY OLD VAN
We had trouble finding anyone at the airport. Every other company has someone with your name on a card but with this one you had to Walk halfway up the airport to find the office. But what I think is really bad is the 20 year old tatty Mercedes sprinter had no seat belts whatsoever in the van and that I find horrendous especially if uou had young children with you. For that reason I will not be this company again.

Transportation was paid in advance for a party of 9 from BARCELONA airport to the hotel. Bus left us stranded at the airport claiming that the driver wait one hour which is false. We had to clear customs and baggage claim, there is no way this can be done in one hour. Stay away from this company, is a total scam.

Picked up on time for airport to hotel. Driver courteous and friendly, helping with our cases. On return journey, driver called to say he may be 10 minutes late, however he turned up on time. Again courteous, friendly and helpful. Will continue to use Mr transfer.
