MOM Canada 

All of a sudden I no longer receive purchase confirmation emails from mom. I have sent numerous emails outlining the problems I’m experiencing but have received no response. My payment was deposited but no communication has been forthcoming. Greatly disappointed as I have no way of contacting mom other than email (which they are not responding to).

Not the first time I’ve ordered, but sooooo frustrated! Despite having the CORRECT billing/shipping address on my order, it still hasn’t arrived (it’s been 12days and counting from shipping date) AND I just got a call from Canada Post needing to confirm my addy (which is wrong on the package, apparently?). Ugh.

Made my order in July 5th and did the etransfer as instructed. No email confirmation.

Two weeks go by. Nothing. No shipping confirmation. I emailed three times to support asking about my order. Last email is asking for a refund as I made an order with a different company.

All of a sudden I get a shipping confirmation for an order that I wanted to be refunded.

And have still not received any product.

Do not recommend d.

My order came quickly. I found the albino penis envy shrooms didn't pack much of a punch but other than that the order was ok

Placed an order on March 12. At first customer service was responsive as it was Canada Post's fault for the return. (I gave the correct address which I confirmed with customer service after.)

However, they stopped replying to emails completely and after reaching out to Canada Post they have made no attempt to pick up the package.

They also have not provided a refund or sent a replacement for the package.

This site used to be good, looks like it's just a scam now.

Service was prompt, with friendly emails and requests for feedback. No hassles with e-transfer or very discreet delivery.

What is going on?! Ordered two weeks ago and have received absolutely no communication. (My money was accepted though!) I have emailed them twice, messaged them on facebook etc. to no response. I wish I could agree with the great reviews on here but something has changed within this company. Go elsewhere.

Legitimate business which keeps in touch re: backorders and ships via Canada Post. I have purchased from them over a 2 year period and am happy with the service.

I've ordered from them a couple times now and I've been impressed with how quick I get my stuff. The payment system seems weird at first, but works just fine. Love these guys.

Easy transaction. I don't like to pay shipping, $150 is a fair price to avoid shipping costs.

I received my order in which two of my cartridges were incorrect. I have been emailing the company for days to correct this, and have gotten no response. There is also no working number on which to reach customer support, so I've had to resort to sending multiple emails, all of which have been ignored. I think this is really unethical.

Great selection of products with fast shipping, was very impressed. I will shop here again.

I have tried other companies and brands but MOM has always been the most reliable, customer service is actually customer service and they don’t ignore you. The quality of the gummies are top notch in my opinion.
