I’ve read some reviews where people haven’t even got there bag so I feel honoured to have actually got one. Shame it was completely wrong not what I had ordered. Let them know and after about a week got a response saying they are sorry and would send me out a new bag, still waiting now and it’s been about 3 weeks. And all has gone quiet on the email front. Plus no option to send the wrong bag back. Has the internet been turned off in India, Yes India nowhere near California.

I placed an order for a Christmas gift for my husband, and made sure I ordered early. That was on October 26, 2020. It is now Wednesday December 9, and no order. Credit card charged on the 26th, of course but nothing. Have e-mailed and have gotten generic response. Tried to call and message on phone instructs to leave an e-mail. Wish I had investigated company sooner. Customer service is non existent. Alerted my Credit card company, and am now reporting to as many review sites I can to save other people the scam this company is.

THIS IS NOT REAL LEATHER! Do not waste your money on vinyl. Purchased the Eva "Leather" Wallet. Also the smell of the vinyl is terrible. Can't get anyone on the phone or to return emails.

I ordered a bag this summer from Montana Hudson, and was not happy with the quality so emailed to return it within their window. I got no reply at first, then after trying again I kept getting responses that just said things like "Thanks for your order" but never acknowledging my request for return. I finally filed a dispute with my credit card company. THEN, someone from Montana Hudson reached out but said they wouldn't help unless I cancelled the dispute. I said I'd cancel it only when they started to help me with a return/refund, since the only way I got a response was by filing the dispute. They said no. My cc company ended up siding with them, which I contested (with TONS of emails showing why). But now it's been too long, so I'm stuck with a crappy bag from a terrible company and a bill of $150. DO NOT order from this company. Also, the bag took forever to arrive and seemed to come from India, so while the name sounds like made in the USA - it is not!

I ordered a leather bag - didn't arrive - company didn't respond to emails - then sent me an invalid tracking number. Then DHL demanded £17 import tax from me. company still ignoring me. no idea where my order is. no refund, despite requesting one. total shambles.

I ordered a buffalo leather tote bag. The bag did not look quite like the picture. They had forgot to mention the fact that the bag was ONLY leather, no lining. The "pocket" is only a small one that I barely can fit a nailfile in. The leather seem in good quality, but for the price I paid I expected a proper bag. I cannot say that they outright lied, but the pictures/details withheld important information.

I have to state that the leather is nice (quite stiff, but with nice texture) and is seems to be in good quality. I have no idea if it's actually buffalo.

But please don't sell a bag/tote without pockets and lining without disclosing that information, that's just a bad customer experience waiting to happen.

And yes, the bag was sent from an Indian factory.

Unfortunately ordered from this company, without doing basic homework. I have emailed them asking for the order to be cancelled and refunded, based on below reviews. It does look like a fancy American website so misselling straight from the get go!. Will update with what they say, happy to change review score if refund is processed in a timely fashion!. Order number MH34438 update: per received response. NOTHING TO WORK ON! Cancel the order and cancel payment authorisation if you google this company there is a scamwatch, where this company has over 300 reviews most of them bad!!. Got a response telling me they have an automated response. Cannot cancel the order then mentioned returns policy. What a suprise £80 did the drain. COMPLETE SCAM!!!

Do NOT buy from this "company!!!!"I placed an order with them because they advertise that their products are manufactured in the USA, as indicated by the American Flag and California address. They are in India!!!! False advertising!!! Within 5 minutes of placing my order, I sent an email to cancel. They refused! I will now be disputing with my credit card company and will be launching as many negative reviews as I am able. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

I have ordered a Eva Tote bag from this company on montanahudson.com. On the website it says the company has an address in the States.
I was surprised when I received a text message from DHL that there was a package coming from Creative Leather Art in India! I google both company names and discover that the Montana Hudson company doesn't "exist". Montane Hudson is not registered at the address they have written on their web adr. On the customs papers, I can see that the bag has been shipped from India, Rajasthan - from a company called Creative Leather Art. The price of the bag is set at $40 on the customs papers. I paid $134. A legal firm would never cheat with that information on customs papers. The details and quality of the bag is not at all, like the pictures of the bag from the website. The bag has a very strange and strong smell and it is not possible to have it inside the apartment. It's been outside for airing since Friday -
for six days now and it hasn't helped. When you search for the company name on Facebook - you find a newly created profile. All comments have been deleted. I wonder why...

I received my tote bag and I LOVE IT!!! Thank you for making a wonderful product. A few of the reviews had me worried but they are simply not true!! I will definitely be ordering from you again.

I bought an Eva bag.

The bag wasn't the same as what was advertised online.

This is a TOTAL SCAM.

They told me to send it back to a US address that cost me £28 with UPS.

UPS told me they couldn't deliver it as no one was at the address. The company then told me they had moved.

100% disgusting. Shame on this. How can you rip people off like this.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM MERCHANT

They took the payment more than a 6 weeks ago, but still we did not get any delevery from them. We wrote them several times, but they keep on repeating the same.
(At last we did get the package after wating close to 2 month).

Stay away! Fast payment, slow(or no) delivery. Bad customerservice.
