First time using this company and I use hire cars roughly every month from Alicante, very professional compared to company's like Goldcar etc. No hard selling for insurance, would definitely use in future. The only issue is you need a return flight booked and a lot of the times I book a 1 way flight out and decide later when I will be flying home.

Hire a lot of cars which more often than not is not a pleasurable experience.
These guys were different and nice to deal with.

The car rental industry should have gone digital years ago. In Estonia, we have services like Bolt Drive, where you simply open an app, find a car, unlock it and drive away. No waiting in line at airport rental desks.

Moovers Mobility has taken a clear step in that direction. This was the first time I rented a car abroad where the whole process was handled digitally. It took a little time at first because some of the reservation page information was only in Spanish, but I managed to complete it. Just make sure you have your passport and driving licence ready, as you will need them for the camera verification process.

After that, everything worked very smoothly. Opening the car in the airport parking area was easy, and the whole communication through WhatsApp was fast, clear and in English.

We booked a Mercedes GLA through DoYouSpain and paid €200 for five days. In addition, Moovers only reserved only €100 as a fuel guarantee - not €1,800 for insurance or other god-knows-what charges, as some traditional rental companies do.

Overall, it was a very positive experience, nice brand new car and I would definitely use this kind of digital car rental service again.

I rented a car for a week with Moovers and was seriously impressed. Booking online was simple, and the pickup was much faster than the bigger brands I’ve used before. No hidden fees or aggressive sales tactics regarding insurance—everything was clear from the start. The staff were friendly and professional. I'll definitely be using them as my go-to for future trips to Alicante.

Do not rent from Moovers Spain! This is not just a "bad experience," it is a systematic scam designed to steal your security deposit. I had to fight them through my bank and I WON because their fraud was so obvious.

How the scam works:

THE TRAP: They give you a "clean" contract but the car actually has over dozen hidden damages. They send the photos only AFTER you drive away so you can't protest. They tell everything will be written down but they only put pictures of what they want to show.

THE THEFT: They charged my card €786.50 without my consent. Their own timestamps prove they stole the money BEFORE the return inspection was even finished or signed. This is a total violation of EU payment laws.

THE LIES: Their invoice is a total work of fiction—it contradicts their own inspection report. They dont send it to you, only when bank ask for details.

ILLEGAL BEHAVIOR: They refused to provide the "Hoja de Reclamaciones" (Official Complaint Form), which is a serious legal offense in Spain. They ignored every single message on whatsapp once they had my money.

I GOT MY MONEY BACK through a bank CHARGEBACK because I had proof of their lies.

WARNING: If they have already stolen your money, don't talk to them—they are dishonest. Go straight to your bank, police station and report them for an unauthorized transaction.

CHECK MY PHOTOS: Look at the "clean" contract vs. the actual state of the car. Don't let them do this to you. STAY AWAY!

They were incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful and made sure I had the perfect car for my trip. It was in excellent condition—clean, reliable, and exactly as described.

Another big plus is their very efficient shuttle service from the airport to their office, which is only about 10 minutes away. It made both pick-up and drop-off incredibly convenient.

This is the best car rental company I have ever used, I arrived a little late and I explained in a text my flight was delayed, they waited beyond their closing hours in order to accommodate me
