I've used Moovers several times and it's always been a great experience.

Great experience. We have rented a car from Moovers twice and both time was without any issues. All from start to finish was spot on. Recommended!

We booked through 3rd party broker Zest, all communication with Moovers was great, we checked in online before arrival which was efficient. We were collected from the airport and had a smooth transition with the car, there was an attempt at upselling but we didn't take out any extra insurance. We were given a brand new Renault Cleo (upgraded?). On return was when the experience went downhill, we arrived back to the office this morning, to be told the car had a chip on the windscreen which it did, but you could clearly see from the pictures taken when collected it was there already which the young man dealing with us agreed, unfortunately the manager didn't agree, then a lady turned up who apparently was the owner, she then had to call someone, it was very stressful, we clearly told them we were not paying for anything because you could clearly see in the pictures the chip was already there. After about 20 minutes which seemed longer and lots of toing and froing with different people, they agreed the chip was there already and allowed us to leave. Make sure you take pictures as well as them when collecting car. We feel this happened because we didn't buy there additional insurance when we arrived? But who knows, it left a bitter taste in our mouths and we wont be using them again.

We hired a car from Moovers on our first trip to Benidorm. They were absolutely fantastic from the minute they dropped us off at the airport to the minute they dropped us off. They were very professional and spent as much time checking the car before we took it as they did when we returned it.

Very disappointing experience with Moving Mobility. I made a reservation in advance and paid upfront expecting the total price to be around €30 for the whole rental period with insurance. When we arrived to pick up the car, the staff suddenly claimed that we must buy their additional insurance, which increased the price to about €120. This requirement was never clearly communicated during the booking process.

When we questioned the unexpected extra charges, the employees showed no willingness to help or find a solution. Instead, they simply said they would cancel our reservation. Even worse, the upfront payment we made has still not been refunded.

This felt very unprofessional and misleading. If you plan to rent from this company, be careful about hidden costs and unclear policies. Based on our experience, I would not recommend them.

This is a rental company that takes what it's doing seriously. Flexible, adaptable, friendly and clearly concerned to deliver a high quality service. The hire car itself was of very high quality and in extremely good condition.

Collection from airport was swift, service through the actual paperwork was all quick due to the option of completing online before collection. Usual offer of additional insurance but wasn’t pushed
Drop off was just as slick without any hiccups

Brilliant service from start to finish. We used Moovers for the first time on a trip to Alicante in February 2026. The staff were great, respectful and not a bit pushy. The car was near new and was spic and span. Our airport collection and dropping were smooth and efficient - any apprehensions about using a shuttle were completely unfounded. Our experience was on a par with any previous airport car collection. I could not recommend Moovers more highly. 10/10

I had a very good experience. Communication was excellent and always prompt, and the self-service procedure for both picking up and returning the car was simple and quick. In Alicante, the car is collected from the parking lot right in front of the airport, just a few steps away, which is very convenient. I was also given a Mercedes that was practically new. An excellent experience that I would definitely recommend.

Communication via WhatsApp is pretty efficient and clear. No waiting cue at the desk and quite easy drop off of the car. It was my first experience with Moovers and it won't be my last.

I recently rented a car from this company and was really happy with the service. They offer a convenient online self check-in option, which saves you a lot of time and avoids waiting in line at the counter. The car was in mint condition, and everything went smoothly. Really unhappy with the way I was treated by these people. I had a booking. I asked what the cancellation policy was and they answered but also cancelled my booking. I told them that I didn’t want them to cancel. Told me that it wasn’t their problem and reach out to broker. They would not help me. So ended up having terrible experience with this company and doyouspain

Excellent service, I’ve booked a car from them with fly&drive service for 3 days and everything was great , the car was very nice and in very good condition. Definitely recommend .

Totally professional bunch, probably the best car-hire outfit I've dealt with in 20+ years of hiring cars throughout Europe. Couldn't fault them and you'd be mad to go anywhere else if you're using Alicante Airport.
