Not worth the money. Expensive P&P
The item thst they recommend for garden plants does not have enough grip. Emailed them about the product and after paying £7.95 delivery for a small envelope they want me to send it back at my cost for a refund. I’ve used DPD many times and a small package is no where near that cost. Cheaper for me to dispose of it. They recommend an alternative but would have to also o pop at another £7.95 to have it delivered. Very poor customer service.

The VELCRO® Brand Plant Ties are intentionally designed to have a lower grip than the standard VELCRO® Brand ONE-WRAP® tape, to avoid damaging delicate plants. Having looked at the pictures you have sent, we can see that the VELCRO® Brand Plant Ties that you ordered are not the same as the product you have been using, as we have no record you of buying from us previously it is hard for us to identify exactly which product it is you’ve had in the past. This was again confirmed after we had sent you a sample of the alternative and more grippy, VELCRO® Brand ONE-WRAP® tape.
Our standard carriage is £7.50, which, for a guaranteed next working day service, we feel is quite reasonable. As we have correctly fulfilled your online order and the product is not faulty, it is the customer's responsibility to return any unwanted products for a full refund of the product value.
Please let us know if you’d like to go ahead with the standard VELCRO® Brand ONE-WRAP®.

The proper stuff.
We use a lot of velcro and often go with the generic version, but the proper Velcro really does make a world of difference. Easier to work with and sticks better. Delivery was next day and tracked, which is always nice when you need it now.
