The alarm is much too quiet. Certainly no where near the claimed 100 dB! Also the cable disconnects too easily increasing the likelihood of false alarms greatly.

Easy to place the order, quick delivery, and everything seems to work ok. What more can you ask for?

Very speedy delivery and good communication regarding status of order

I ordered a security cable for my laptop. The cable I received was defective. The lock would not open. I called customer service and a gentleman asked me to send a video showing the problem. I did and was told I would receive a refund. I was disappointed that the lock did not work but he wonderfully resolved the issue. The next day woman contacted me stating the video did not clearly show the problem and requested much more details. My dissatisfaction is in how you conduct business. Why was one of your reps satisfied and told me the issue would be resolved? Then, later, the video was not sufficient. Apparently your customer reps and policies are not consistent!

Really pleased with my purchase of the laptop alarm. It will give me some peace of mind when using my laptop in public spaces.

The article is exactly as described and the delivery was fast. The only thing missing is some type of manual describing how to set your own code, but a quick Internet search helped (it is rather intuitive how to do it, but having an "official" confirmation would have been helpful).

Initially, I was interested only in the Anchor Adapter (not knowing that there is Combination Cable Lock) and being suggested to get both saved me a lot of hunting for a separate lock. Great shopping experience!

So many uses! Obviously laptops etc, but I also use it for my cycle helmet, my bag on the beach, case in the airport, bag on the back of my chair in the cafe, and for that extra hotel security, I alarm the door handle in any hotel room I'm in, there's always something to wrap it 'round.

There are no written instructions with the product. The only way to get instructions is via the QR Code on the pack, which is no use to anybody whose mobile does not have a scanning facility.
