My order, through our local Neighbourhood Watch, was delivered within a few days. It was well packed.

Pity about using the awful Amazon to warehouse your products (or "solutions" as you prefer to term them. To me a solution is a liquid).
The actual product is good - it does what it says perfectly.
Let down by logistics and trendy language.

The product is very good, and the support from the sales team is fantastic. The price isn't cheap, but it's justified.

Great product for keeping small electronic items safe at your side from opportunist thief or for baggage to be kept together safely while waiting on transport at train station or aeroport. Did have an issue with first one supplied but it might have been user error and they sorted it out with replacement quickly with no fuss or bother so that's a def positive I'm my book. Second one works absolutely fine. S

Reasonable pricing, and quick shipping,

I was not able to pay my purchase with MasterCard (tried two different MasterCards, and checked that they were not blocked for international purchases), even if it said so on the page. Only Visa worked. The delivery was OK.

Laptops locks work great and the shipping was incredibly fast!

Great concept, great service. Thankful overall.
Here are some questions/suggestions:
- I applied the fix point under my desk for it to be less visible. In that inverted position, the top part doesn't stay in its intended position. I used sticky tape to work around that, but it would be nice if Multplx would foresee a position holder solution also for that setup or when applied to vertical services. Not essential but would look cleaner.
- The package also contained 3 plastics in circular format (white, diameter ~1cm; thickness ~1 mm) each with an opening in it in the shape of the standard security slot. No idea what they are for. Some explanation would be helpful
- Can any documentation be shared on the effect of attempts to steal the laptop? How difficult is it to cut the cable? What happens when the cable is pulled very hard? I would expect that the audio jack slot would break and that the motherboard would be damaged too. In case the damage of the motherboard would be sufficiently serious to make the PC unusable for the thief, then putting a warning in that direction might dissuade theft?

Hey there! I just wanted to share my experience with the Universal Laptop Security Lock from Multplx that I got for my Macbook Pro (M1). Now, let me tell you about their support - it's seriously top-notch! When I first got the lock, I ran into a few hiccups. The support team reached out to me right away and was super helpful. They really know their stuff and were able to guide me through everything, even though I'm all the way over here in Malaysia.

At one point, things seemed a bit tricky, and they were ready to give me a refund. But I gave it one more shot, pressed a little harder, and boom - it worked! The funny thing is, support was so concerned about my laptop that they were ready to refund me rather than risk any damage. That's what I call thoughtful service!

Just a heads up - you shouldn't need to press too hard. I think my case was just a one-off because it worked fine on my other devices. All in all, I'm a super happy customer now. This lock is a game-changer for keeping my laptop safe, and the support team is just icing on the cake!

Prompt substitution of faulty lock with a new one

Great customer service. A defective locking cable was replaced quickly. Sham was also very thorough in determining the cause of the failure.

An amazing experience with Multplx support. There was a mix-up with my first order where the shipper put my label on the wrong package. Instead of receiving my laptop lock kit, I received two books.
The support team figured out what happened, and credited me back my original cost. When I reordered, they expedited the order and I received it a couple days later.

The laptop kit is great and is a great way to secure my MacBook.

Locking device completely ineffective. Went into the junk pile. Company was excellent on the ordering and delivery side, keeping me accurately informed on shipping and such. Just wished the product worked.

The quality is excellent, instructions are clear and the appearance is pleasing.

Only thing is that delivery is a bit slow.

With the Anchor-Adapter for Laptop, you provided a security solution for my HP laptop that does not have a security slot. It was easy to install and works great.

What a brilliant product, exactly what we needed. We were slightly apprehensive to order from New Zealand. But was a very seamless purchase. Prompt replies with order confirmation, delivery updates and within a week we had it in our office from the UK. The lock & cable look really good quality and fits nicely. Exactly what we needed for a laptop without a security slot which seems to be most these days.

No concerns. The desired item arrived as predicted.
