I sent an order on march 2018 they charged the money from my credit card and never shipped. On may 7 they sent a delivery advise fake as I checked with the cargo agent and the package never left China, Then on June they told me that the package got lost and the items are out of stock. And they reply all the same again and again,

Fraud!

I never received the swimsuit I ordered, and they do not respond to any mails or comment on facebook/messenger, Stay away from this site!

Perfect fit I got a Large it fit perfect. Don't usually order large online but after reading the reviews I decided to order the large instead of an XL or XXL. I'm 5'9 190lbs.m. Satisfied with fit and Nice for the summer. I love the dress ...it is amazing for the price .

This company advertises same items as a company called pinksia. In their terms and conditions both have a registered UK address as

Unexceptable! No goods no money back since February. One email a month in respond to my five, with promises and wishin "god blessing" - probably they know that their customers needs it...

I ordered this beautiful skater dress, and it arrived many day later. I ordered a size larger (I'm a size 4, and ordered a 6) but this skater is probably a size 2. I am glad because it's a gorgeous skater dress. The quality is high,I love it so much I'd almost keep it and fast deliver option.

NO!!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE - IT HAS NOT DELIVERED AND DOES NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS! I HAVE CONTACTED VISA TO GET MY MONEY BACK.

It is almost four weeks sinds my last order, and my clothes still didn’t arrived. No respond from them.

I ordered two dresses and payed about 70$. Never received any confirmation or shipping details. Still haven’t received the dresses! Impossible to get in contact with the company. Nor by email nor by phone. Fake company!! Do not order from them!!!

I was searching for a while for the perfect fall and winter coat and this trench coat was perfect it's thick enough for the weather but not to thick to get hot in. I fell in love online mumetaz. I'm so glad I got it and the price was perfect for it.

Do NOT buy from this site!!! It's a scam! Fraud! They will take your money very fast but you will never receive what you purchased!

Do not order from this company. They are fraudsters. They send ordered goods with delay of 2 months. When the good are returned to the address indicated in the web page, no one receives them. No answers to the questions sent to Facebook Mumetaz profile. they waive to refund the order already 2 months

Very bad experience I ordered and payed for one item since 28 April 2018 and Is 8 June and still waiting to recieve it. There email doesnt exist.

I have placed an order on mumetaz.com (and paid for) on April 24, 2018, for 3 items. Today is June 5th, and none of these items have been delivered, nor have I received any information from Mumetaz. I have been trying to reach somebody in Mumetaz, but the e-mail address indicated on the website doesn't seem to exist. I managed to find a phone number by searching the internet, but only a machine answered, no matter at what time I called. I left several messages, still nothing.
On April 22nd, after several e-mails and phone messages, I received an e-mail saying that 2 of the 3 items I've purchased were ready to be shipped, while the 3rd was going to be shipped sometimes later.
However, nothing has happened and I still cannot contact Mumetaz.
So, definitely, I wouldn't recommend Mumetaz to anyone.

Shirts have fine quality and the fit is flattering. The product is same as shown in the picture, perfect grey to be worn as casual or formal way.In great price its give more comfortable. Happy with the price deal. Amazing quality. Definitely buy! Great Price In Great Deal and fast deliver.

I wear a medium. I ordered a medium and it fits. But its a fur coat so I can't see why it wouldn't fit. I bought this Faux Fur Shawl for Photo Shoots, Costumes, and Playing dress up. This shawl was assembled well. The faux fur is soft... obvious faux fur.

Product is really good, buying all colours of this brand will be an actual investment, I have bought other brands for the same price but none of of them have such good quality. Amazing quality and fit.. I get the same in market for double price.. this one is awesome!!

FRAUD! Paid and never received the goods. Several email attempts went through but after that Outlook just replied us that their email doesn't exist.
After a quick check, it seems like they are based in Canada. Pls, if anyone local knows how to go about reporting this lying piece of s*** do let me know. Otherwise am still looking for ways to report this bloody scammer to the proper authorities since I am not from Canada.

Mumetaz delivered the wrong order to myself and now I am expected to return this order at my own expense to CHINA to be tracked. Why should I pay postage of £12-15 for a refund of an item I did not receive. Doesn’t make sense Mumetaz expecting me to spend more money on an item I never received from them...Mumetaz got it wrong, NOT myself..!!!
