This seems to have been evaluated by an AI as the wording and fair comps were not accurate, the materials were not mentioned or compared appropriately and has been a waste of 49. I have had it evaluated by a true accurate artist and received a more accurate description, comps and pricing evaluation.
It took longer than stated and I was disappointed.

It is very difficult to bit for the artwork, no follow up information about bids, site seems to be a useless middleman.

Great people and easy processing!

Signing up for subscription was torturous. Even with a sub, I was required two days ago to pay again. There's no customer service. The listings when you get to them for auction results is generally good. But the counterintuitive interface is like 1997. Other than that....

Everything was very easy to understand on the site and the valuation was very prompt. Thank you.

It kept me informed about a particular artist's work I wanted to know about and I was then consequently able to purchase his work even though I was not in the area it was being sold in.

Easy to use, prompt response with detailed description and appropriate comps. I will use MutualArt again.

MutualArt made selling my pieces very easy. They have been responsive and provided all the necessary information to move the sale forward. I was not optimistic about how this would go, so I am more than pleased at the process so far!

Having my artwork appraised online was a great convenience and time saver for me.

The MutualArt appraisal I received was based on three recent auction results. There are literally 472 auction results for the artist in the MutualArt database. Some of the ignored results were very comparable (from the same series) and others were obviously not comparable. Some relevant realized auction results were at higher valuations than my piece and others were lower. But of the ones that seemed related, the only explanation as to why they included the three they did was they were created around the same time as my piece. There was literally no other explanation as to other elements of value such as how the artist’s valuations vary based on series, size of piece, year of creation, materials, auction results pre- and -post his passing, etc. Are these not relevant considerations? Why did you ignore other pieces from the same series created at different times? Your decision to ignore so many results has me confused. Without any explanations, the appraisal is simplistic and rote - three pictures of other pieces with auction values and then a range of value for my piece. That makes the conclusion much less useful than a typical, analytical appraisal that assesses and explains the factors that contribute to the conclusion.

Unable to appraise my art in promised timeframe. Requested refund. Promised refund. Never got refund and my CC company had to reimburse me.
My experience with this company proved to me it is a scam. My strong suggestion is to do business with them at your own risk as I found them to be unethical.

Great communication and customer service. Very helpful.

Honestly I don’t think my art was valued to its worth. I’ve had 2 other appraisals and your own was probably valued about 1000 percent less than the others. Also knowing what I paid for it many many years ago and what other pieces are being auctioned for currently from the same artist can only confirm this was not given a true value to its worth.

Took out their cheap monthly option. Then wentbto upgrade to Premium Monthly and it automatically upgraded to an expensive yearly option. Cancellation Policy is hard to find and no clear hyperlink to it. I am old and vulnerable. Shame on you Mutual Art. Seriously considering reporting you to UK Trading Standards.
