The service is good but the pricing could improve. I only own one piece of art, and I find the cost for tracking that one piece very expensive at the first cohort. However, the information seems good and prompt.

Good communication between all parties
Good communication between all parties, including myself. Along with enough explanation for me to understand the process of how they carry on business. The result was being able to send my piece to an appropriate auction house, gallery. Looking forward to hearing how the rest works out.

Good information but unresponsive customer service
A lot of valuable information about sales and artists- customer service response time is disappointing.
Inquired twice within the last week about different service pricing and have had no response.

Mutual Art was easy to use and very responsive to questions. After the death of my mother, I was left with over 20 paintings to sell. With no experience in this area, it was a big load off my mind to enlist the services of an expert. It was simple to enter the details of the paintings on the site and I later received an email introducing me to an auction house interested in featuring them. Recommend!
