We purchased 3 big tents from this company. Over $2700 they charged us for and they never sent us our products. They took our money and ignored us. Do not order anything from this company.

This website is a fraudulent one with 0 inventory. Look at BBB to verify my claim. I never received my item despite the promise of it always coming in the next month. And when you ask for a refund, it’s the same response. SCAM- beware.

This "company" is Ryan Garrido living in his mothers basement in Locust Grove Virginia stealing money from everybody who places an "order". I ordered a hot tub in July of 23. Nothing but delays, always going to be shipped "next month". No refunds, he now has stopped responding to me. His website shows he is Better Business Bureau accredited, but he has a rating of F. Total scam, going to have to resort to legal action. His website lists a company address of 500 Westover Dr. in Sanford NC which is a mailing forwarding service called Traveling Mailbox LLC. I only gave him a 1 because zero wasn't an option.

I ordered a hot tub over a year ago. I never received it. Called and texted several times to get either a refund or the tub. I was assured of getting one or the other and I have not. I am out $360. This company is a rip off. I kept calling, kept emailing. Nothing. I d give them less than one star if I could.

Had order June of 2023, cancelled my order and still haven’t received my refund it’s now 2/26/24

Its been A year still havent received My tent or ant refunds!!! RYAN keeps sending emails saying I’ll get it and never do!!Now he has blocked me from sending him Emails…But Karma its going to get YOU dont play with peoples hard working money Trust me on That!!

BEWARE! I ordered a product six months ago. After being told it was on backorder and requesting a refund, I have followed up five times by email, once by chat, and three attempts by phone (all going to voicemail). The Director of Operations returned my first emails but has now refused to respond. My next step is the Better Business Bureau and small claims.

We have yet to have our bounce house delivered after sending payment back in October, with a communicated delivery for a week and a half. It was then communicated that it was on backorder and would not be delivered until the end of November. When we reached out to the company to discuss the status, (very long story short for review purposes) we did not feel confident any longer that we were purchasing from a trusted source any longer and requested a refund. At first, this request was ignored. Then after showing proof of purchase, sending in disputing screens shots (website vs. what was being communicated, etc), we were told they would go ahead and process the refund. It is now almost February and we have yet to receive any additional communication, refund, or the bounce house. Unfortunately, it is looking like we will need to take further action on this, but would not recommend anybody purchasing from this company.

Ordered a pergola cover in August 2022 and was told its backordered for a bit. Contacted them again almost a year later and told the same thing. Then asked for a refund and that had taken over 4 months and still nothing. 🙄

I ordered from the company in June. It is now January. Never received product, and they have taken over a month from the time a refund was requested to STILL NOT return my money.

Do not purchase from this company! They will send you emails about your HOT ITEM to make it seem like it is on its way. They will seem like they are really good at replying and do their best to seem legit. When you ask for a refund, the continue to delay the process but still will respond causing you to think they are legit. By the time you realize that it is a scam, it is too late to get the credit card company to do anything about it. They are also are providing false information by displaying a fake "BBB Accredited Business" stamp on their website.

I would give them less than 0 if i could!. 1. Had to pay thru klarna
2. No email ever received after order
3. Never answered multiple emails, phone calls, and chat messages.
4. NEVER received item. Klarna makes u contact company..but company never responds.

Take orders saying in stock and back order it for months!!!

I have been waiting for a refund for an order in July. All I get is lip service and no service at all. Just a bunch of emails with bull crap in them. I am contacting the attorney general for wire fraud on my funds.

I am not sure if this is total fraud or just gross incompetence and mostly fraud. I ordered a hot tub in May that said it was in stock. I was charged on my card in seconds. After waiting a couple weeks and not getting any shipping info, I called and they told me it was back ordered for 06/30. I asked why I was not notified and they said I was. I found it in my spam (odd since I received at least 10 other emails from them wanting to sell more, warranties, confirmation, etc) but it felt like my fault the notice was in spam and I agreed to wait.
After 4th of July came and went I called to see why my hot tub had not shipped. They told me the new date was now 9/30. However, they never sent notification. I cancelled the order and bought one on Amazon that arrived 2 days later.
Unfortunately, I had to call 2 more times asking why I was not refunded. They said it was in process and took time. Finally got a cancellation notice 3 weeks later with a note saying they were working on my refund.
Now, it is mid August and still no refund. I think their game is to sell you and then just delay and delay until you hopefully forget. It's been 5 weeks since I cancelled and still no refund. I have reported them to my credit card as fraud and working that channel. Huge waste of time and effort for nothing!!! I hurt my back in April and wanted a hot tub. Suffered for 2 extra months waiting on them and now still trying to get a refund. Very odd that they answer the phone and seem like they have customer service though.

Worst company and customer service there is took my product 3 months to get to my house and I had to reach out to them to get updates
I got the product a week after my event which sucked I had asked to cancel the order and they didn’t care and still sent it so I got stuck with a product I didn’t want anymore
